The rewrite of my resume turned out very well. Several people to whom I have shown it to said it was the best resume they had ever seen.
After my personal resume was scanned online and I received an insulting review, in desperation I spent $200 for top resume. 2 weeks later I received a half written resume and cover letter that left out a lot of my information, the resume was worse than the one I was told was not acceptable. After 4 attempts for a refund top resume will not refund my money. I feel taken advantage of. As a single parent looking for work my vulnerability was targeted, my intelligence insulted with a scathing review of my own personal written resume to them be sent a resume that was no better. I have pleaded in desperation, as after a month I still don't have a completed resume, all attempts for a refund has been declined and I am still looking for work as a single parent. I keep receiving generated emails now thanking me for choosing top resume. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE THEY ARE CON ARTISTS. Call someone local in your area to write your resume. These people are foreign thieves.

Great advice but, I think 149.00 is a little steep for a resume rewrite, to give you a better chance at passing the ATS software key words to get noticed.
I will grant that the writer helped flesh out some of my sections and had good recommendations. However, I questioned the use of a semi-colon and the writer argued with me saying "it will show them [hiring company] you know how to use a semi-colon". While the use of the semi-colon could be understood where the writer placed it, the grammar he used with it did not make sense; I am an English & journalism major and I know how to use semi-colons. In the edits after the first draft, there were several spots that a different size or style of font was used on a single character of a word so that it looked very amateurish. Also, every single interviewer I've seen since I started using this new version has raised their eyebrows and said "two pages, huh?". It's worth the service if you can get it at half the price and make sure to really proof-read it for errors.
I think the rewritten resume was well done. I also opted in for a cover letter template, both of which can be customized (and I recommend highly you do this)
Communication and responsiveness get an A+ from the customer service folks to the emails from the writer.
I mentioned this in my other feedback, my only suggestion is they should have a graphic designer look at their templates.
