I thought the service was very good and provided me with a lot of information regarding putting together a good resume. I recognize that I have to update some items on my own depending upon the job to which I would apply and my own understanding of some of the more technical terms that can be involved with IT related resumes. I also was glad that I purchased the LinkedIn service as it is essentially a forgone conclusion that will be examined closely by potential employers as well. The second resume that was redone for me still didn't work as I was not able to get noticed now that I was laid off from the employer I was trying to get a job to leave. So no I wouldn't use this service again it was a waste of money.

Took two weeks to get a draft, which included the wrong description of my profession and a lot of nonsense. After declining the draft, nothing. Had to contact headquarters to get a response from the writer. After a long email with excuses another draft, better, but perfect. The Link review, again, the wrong profession, never heard from them again.
