Excellent, the finished resume was an exceptional piece of work.

Overall a good experience. I am not sure if package with LinkedIn would be worth the full price, but I got a discount and thus it felt ok. Is everything else worth it? I think yes. I can't say for sure whether it will land me a new job in a month, but having a professionally written resume and cover letter helped me understand how to present myself in the future. If I will be able to implement that knowledge - then it's definitely worth it.

I finally broke down and paid over $300 to have my resume professionally redone. The layout is okay but quite frankly I would love to compare mine to others as I think they use the same formats over and over.

In general, I am appalled at the result. The entire thing looks like a focus group meeting with general words and phrases thrown about in a hap hazard fashion. Much of the detail has been removed and replaced with general terms, none of which are in job postings I apply to. Do not walk away... RUN.

Also, do not be fooled by the lack of an Order ID or other evidence of my purchase, they never gave me an order number due to a typo in an email address. Any messages sent to them take weeks to answer.

When will I learn to read reviews before purchasing? I did it spur of the moment. It is very obvious that the person who wrote my new CV doesn't have native English and isn't a writer. Full of grammaticals, typos, very old fashioned font and a lot of it doesn't make sense and wasn't provided in the info I gave them. Save your money. The positive reviews on here are either crazy or bots or paid for. Thank god I only ordered the bare minimum of the CV and not the cover letter and LinkedIn profile they were pushing for.

Because they ranked as one of the top companies in the country I decided to hired them to do my resume and cover letter for $189 dollars. #1 they claim that a writer will contact you within 7 business days and I wasn't contacted until 11 days, they send you an email saying your writer it's on the way. Half way through the week flag number one for me. #2 After the writer contacted me Ashely O. To tell me within a couple of days you get your first draft. Once I received my first draft, I replied with the necessary changes and modifications and the writer went dark on me for another 4 days and I was force to contact customer service. Then i was contacted my Ashley O. Within 3-4 hours saying she'll be very soon in contact with me, flag number 2 for me. #3 Ashley O. Send me my second draft a couple of days after with very minor modifications, very generic language and didn't follow the directions I provided simple things such as Orientation of the content of my resume on the left, changing the fonts, and not repeating so much the same descriptive words on all my different jobs experiences, flag number 3 for me. After debating with myself, I came to the conclusion that I didn't hired the best company to do my resume so I call customer service and requested my cancellation and refund and which they told me within a week I would get it finalized; that means they are going to review your request not to process your refund. I started on July 2nd 2020 and on July 24th today I receive an email saying that they can only refund me 30% of my $189 dollars for something I could of done myself. Conclusion, this is a company very good at marketing themselves online to lure clients but when it comes to pairing you up with a professional writer good luck. Just that consumers out there know, I contacted the FTC and reported them and plan to let others know about to be very aware with this company. On a better note, I contacted www.Ihire.com and within 5 business days not only the writer kept in constant contact with me but finalized my resume and couldn't be any happier; it's other companies that not only want your money out there thanks God but your satisfaction and customer experience as well.

First, I submitted my resume for the free evaluation. The feedback was "I was under-selling myself"; which was very true. I decided to go with the top package because I have not touched my LinkedIn in years. After I submitted, it was a few days for them to find someone to help with my line of work. The first resume was really good, but we needed to clarify somethings. I was able to talk to my writer via video chat. He was very professional and listened to my "stories" rather than just tweaking the stuff on the page. After that the resume was perfect! I applied to a few major companies and had 2 interviews in a week. Totally recommend!
