I made the mistake of ordering a few things from this website. When they arrived the items where not the same as represented in the advertisements. For instance the ad shows an art piece picturing a tiger hung on the wall behind a couch. The art in the extends from one end of the couch to the other giving you the sense that it is quite large. I received the item and determined that the couch in the add must be doll house furniture as the art piece is barley larger that a piece of copy paper. Other items arrived broken/not working. This website only sells rip off items please stay away!

I heard about tophatter from a friend. He gave the site an outstanding rating. He was right! Not all that I have ordered was a quality product but all an all this is a great site. My only complaint is that I wish the product had where it was from before I bought it. Not to much luck with stuff from China. But everything else is great. Love this site

I won to items on different day but look like from the same company. I noticed that the tracking information didnt changed so i ask customer service and they said dont worry item has been posted but because from oversea could take a liitle bit longer estimated delivery date come and gone (i contact customer service serveral times before this)
I asked customer service to check if tracking was right to them be refund and not asked if i still wanted the item which I did and told they could not tell me why because they are not the seller the items was keto fat burner sold by hotsku

A car vac was advertised as heavy duty and had attachments. It is very flimsy, has no attachments, and it falls apart while vacuuming. It also has a one foot cord and doesn't work unless plugged into the cigarette lighter so you can't vacuum an entire car.
A phone advertised as having 4gig of RAM actually has 512 k. Everything I've received is absolute junk!
Is all coming from China. They get rich and there is no recourse. You can return an item within 30 days of an order. But some items are delivered 60 days after sale.
It isn't worth it. On the off chance you get one good item - keep it and WALK-NO RUN-away.

Bought digital download and same day delivery. Seller starts shipping slip to stop refund process. Request refund 3 days later through tech support since site is blocks it (4 days and can't ask for refund). Over week later have to open paypal dispute. Tophatter claims they can not refund because of dispute. Paypal then tells me I have to wait till May 3 or a response from them before action is taken. What do you bet they wait till May 3rd... Still no refund yet. Never again will I ever do business with them! Stay away from their site!

I still haven't received my order I paid for in February. It was supposed to be delivered on March 20th and it's now April 19th and still nothing. Tracking still says Feb 28 meaning it hasn't moved from that location since! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

I find that the items presented for auction do not contain enough information, and I find that the items that I have received were not authentic or what I imagined. The size, material, etc. are often missing from the details, or should I say, "Lack of Details", the description of the items need more specific details.

Answer: Justin you are absolutely correct. I find out the hard way. I had my own auction with nice AUTHENTIC designer items and cosmetics (Becca, Cargo, Smahbox, Too Faced, etc). I lost big time. $40 Cargo palette sold for $10; it cost me $15. Items that I started higher to cover my cost never sold. I still had to pay fees for the item being listed. A $200 Calvin Klein purse sold for $20; it cost me $80 wholesale. Run!
Answer: If you end up buying a few items from the same seller they can do a combined shipment but you rarely get the same buyer items since they only let the sellers sell 10 items a day. It is different for the sellers that have their own auctions.
Answer: You will notice the same names no matter the day, time etc. Bidding against you very often. Is it a coincidence? Personally I don't believe in coincidences.
Answer: Depends on what you are selling. Yes, a lot of items go unsold in the jewelry and accessories categories... as well as others. Coach and Michael Kors and other designer brands, not much goes unsold, because here's the catch - - you pay fees on the starting bid. TH wants everything to start at $1. So you get punished if you start higher as to not get screwed by a low purchase price. Say you buy a designer bag for $120. If you start that bag at $100, you're already paying over $10 in fees. **IF** you can manage to sell it for a profit, there are still the commission and bank fees. If you start it at $1, you're barely paying any listing fees but it might only sell for $80 (or less!). So, less fees, but you lost your ass on the item. It's messed up. Most sellers have put in their time to see if they can make a profit or to see if TH will change, but they all seem to end up leaving. I'm convinced the only ones who stay to sell there are the counterfeit or crappy quality sellers who are buying items for next to nothing, because that seems to be the only way to make a profit there these days. I would go the ebay route if you're looking to sell.
