A lot of the ads are purposely very misleading. The tracking info for the items is written in Chinese so you don't know what is going on with your packages. Your sellers keep your money knowing they don't intend to send you the item. You allow crap like this to happen all the time and don't penalize them. If I cancel 2 or 3 orders, even if it is an accident you penalize me automatically. Your seller's should have to pay back double money if they keep your money for 2 weeks triple if it's 3 weeks and so on.

They don't listen to you nor do they care. They just tell you some bull crap reason for not doing what you want. Buy something and then seller never sends it so oops guess we'll refund you but still no item. If a company doesn't send it on time they should still have to send it. I hate this site. Never using it again

Junk this i did not bit on its a square water pump the other one was pest control show 6 got one the first water pump came from MS Tang the next one insect repellent was sent one It came from Huangyueteng half this label is cut off I bit on at lease 40 dollar or more can't wait to see what junk they send

I only gave an 1 star rating because that is the lowest allowed. I have made several orders and will not be ordering any longer. I ordered bluetooth headphones for my sons and they both came as white. I ordered 1 blue and 1 red. Then I ordered a top and ring for myself. The top was ordered as a 2xl and the picture had a woman shown in it. The top fits my friends 8 year old not me. The ring was to have red stones and is clearly pink. I ordered a body shaper. It shows delivered and customer service says delivered but I never got it and looks like I am not getting my money back either. I do still have stuff on it's way (if I get it) but I will not suggest this company to anyone.

I returned an item n the customer refused to refund me. I have no control over how long over sees shipping takes. Customer service no help. Most stuff is a 1.00 everywhere. Most stuff comes with no I situation or in a language other than english. Plastic over seas junk. I want my 42.00 back

With that said, Tophatter will always process refunds for buyers upon receiving a valid tracking number from them indicating that the order has been returned to the seller. Tophatter offers Buyer Protection in the form of a 30-day Easy Return policy that will either: 1.) refund the buyer without return needed, 2.) provide the buyer with a prepaid return label, or 3.) present the buyer with the seller's address to return the item, paying for their own return postage with valid tracking number. Answer: Justin you are absolutely correct. I find out the hard way. I had my own auction with nice AUTHENTIC designer items and cosmetics (Becca, Cargo, Smahbox, Too Faced, etc). I lost big time. $40 Cargo palette sold for $10; it cost me $15. Items that I started higher to cover my cost never sold. I still had to pay fees for the item being listed. A $200 Calvin Klein purse sold for $20; it cost me $80 wholesale. Run!
Answer: If you end up buying a few items from the same seller they can do a combined shipment but you rarely get the same buyer items since they only let the sellers sell 10 items a day. It is different for the sellers that have their own auctions.
Answer: You will notice the same names no matter the day, time etc. Bidding against you very often. Is it a coincidence? Personally I don't believe in coincidences.
Answer: Depends on what you are selling. Yes, a lot of items go unsold in the jewelry and accessories categories... as well as others. Coach and Michael Kors and other designer brands, not much goes unsold, because here's the catch - - you pay fees on the starting bid. TH wants everything to start at $1. So you get punished if you start higher as to not get screwed by a low purchase price. Say you buy a designer bag for $120. If you start that bag at $100, you're already paying over $10 in fees. **IF** you can manage to sell it for a profit, there are still the commission and bank fees. If you start it at $1, you're barely paying any listing fees but it might only sell for $80 (or less!). So, less fees, but you lost your ass on the item. It's messed up. Most sellers have put in their time to see if they can make a profit or to see if TH will change, but they all seem to end up leaving. I'm convinced the only ones who stay to sell there are the counterfeit or crappy quality sellers who are buying items for next to nothing, because that seems to be the only way to make a profit there these days. I would go the ebay route if you're looking to sell.
