So far everything that I have purchased, the quality and great customer service has been there, I have had one hiccup, I purchased a ring and was sent the wrong size, customer corrected the problem and made it right for me, so in closing, Tophatter is a awesome site to bid on items, and it is fun as well..

The bids are free so if you are out bid, you're not stuck losing money. Some sellers charge way to much for shipping and delivery is slow but if you pay attention to shipping and don't need the item immediately, you can get great deals!
