Tophatter is fun and great items. Seller are pretty fast shippers and good to deal with, say if you have a problem they quickly resolve the issue.
I found Tophatter about a week ago and have purchased 37 items with only two that had to be returned because of damage in shipping on one that was not like pictured. Both were refunded immediately! What an awesome site!

I did not receive batteries with my muscle stimulation machine and have not been able to find the type it requires. I notified Tophatter when they asked me to rate the item but had no response. Also one jewelry set was not the quality I expected. I have been very happy with my other purchases.

Tophatter has really reached deep can make sure their customers are taken care of they have went beyond regular customer service to make sure their customers are happy I used to be with tophatter a long time ago and had some problems boy has it changed for the best I don't know why I came back my dad said something about the site so I thought I would check it out again I'm having a lot of luck over there a lot of fun and getting some great stuff for low prices the auctions are great considering eBay no longer has auctions they only have buy now options mostly thank you again tophatter for caring about your customer

One of these watches is big but can't see the dials. Another smart watch keeps changing the time on it but other stuff I got is great.

I like the sight a lot but TOO many sellers don't honor the sale. I have bought many things of all types. And they are good to refund the dishonored sales or when problems with items but it is a major frustration to think you have bought something(usually in my case as a gift) only to find the seller chose not to honor the sale

I'm terribly sorry to hear the seller failed to honor your sale. This is definitely against Tophatter seller guidelines. I am (was) very new to Tophatter, and I accidentally hit bid while just trying to touch my screen to scroll, it has happened 3xs, so now I am not allowed to bid anymore. While touching the screen to scroll down on my phone, I hit the bid button by accident. By the way, the day I accidentally bid and cancelled 2xs, I did make "6" purchases!
I will go back to wish.com which has mostly the same products, and eBay.
Bidders be careful while scrolling down, it is very easy to make this mistake!

TOPHATTER is my go to website for affordable jewelry and gadgets. I love that there is a free shipping category! Shipping is pretty quick too! I've ordered so many things for my friends and I don't have to wait forever for my orders. My new phone charger came today, that was super quick so happy!

The only thing I dont like is the delivery time. You dont know how long it will take to get your items and then you get a review request before you receive your order.

Answer: Justin you are absolutely correct. I find out the hard way. I had my own auction with nice AUTHENTIC designer items and cosmetics (Becca, Cargo, Smahbox, Too Faced, etc). I lost big time. $40 Cargo palette sold for $10; it cost me $15. Items that I started higher to cover my cost never sold. I still had to pay fees for the item being listed. A $200 Calvin Klein purse sold for $20; it cost me $80 wholesale. Run!
Answer: If you end up buying a few items from the same seller they can do a combined shipment but you rarely get the same buyer items since they only let the sellers sell 10 items a day. It is different for the sellers that have their own auctions.
Answer: You will notice the same names no matter the day, time etc. Bidding against you very often. Is it a coincidence? Personally I don't believe in coincidences.
Answer: Depends on what you are selling. Yes, a lot of items go unsold in the jewelry and accessories categories... as well as others. Coach and Michael Kors and other designer brands, not much goes unsold, because here's the catch - - you pay fees on the starting bid. TH wants everything to start at $1. So you get punished if you start higher as to not get screwed by a low purchase price. Say you buy a designer bag for $120. If you start that bag at $100, you're already paying over $10 in fees. **IF** you can manage to sell it for a profit, there are still the commission and bank fees. If you start it at $1, you're barely paying any listing fees but it might only sell for $80 (or less!). So, less fees, but you lost your ass on the item. It's messed up. Most sellers have put in their time to see if they can make a profit or to see if TH will change, but they all seem to end up leaving. I'm convinced the only ones who stay to sell there are the counterfeit or crappy quality sellers who are buying items for next to nothing, because that seems to be the only way to make a profit there these days. I would go the ebay route if you're looking to sell.
