I found Tophatter by mistake while searching Yahoo. Glad I did! I live alone and purchase items on a regular basis for boredom to give away to family and friends. I keep a few things for myself. Following a workout at the gym, playing my guitar, or keyboard, I prop myself in front of the PC and bid away! I do have to admit I feel a bit guilty winning a $1.00 item when I look at a newbie sellers total sales. I'm especially impressed by a gentleman who sales beautiful copies of Morgan Dollars and tapes a piece of candy on the envelope. (You know who you are)! I also buy GP chains and clad bars, and notes. (alot) lol!
So Tophatter, my only grievance I have is that I am somewhat addicted because of my competitive nature. Do you offer TH therapy outpatient services starting at a $1.00? Seriously though, I do find your site fun and entertaining, especially deciphering the instructions from China written in English which I like to call "Chinglish".

Easy and fun to bid. Shipping is fast and products are carefully wrapped. Issues are immediately settled with excellent customer service. Internet provides options, instructions and reviews of products if you look for them. A good site to visit, solid products to buy and nice customer service.

I didn't pay attention how to track the package.
I left home the 8th April, The sun glasses came the 9th I have never seen it. I was excited open Tophatter. Tried to click to see what the item was. I clicked on BIDS Had to return a couple times and lose previlege to shop. I know much better now. If I don't need to go some where or travel I like to bid and give friends.

I do alot of business thru the internet and your company has the worst shipping I have ever seen. I have not received one package from anyone I have bought from that has not arrived her smashed from shipping. I am no longer going to buy from you.

I like the website where you can browse and have an idea what the particular item would cost if bought outright. Knowing this plus shipping costs, it makes it easier to bid intelligently!

There's a lot of very good items on Tophatter, and there are some that look better then they really are, so you have to watch what your buying. Prices are great, and delivery is usually spot on.

Although everything I have received so far (I haven't received all my orders yet) is very nice looking, I am a bit dubious that items advertised as sterling silver (or gold) actually are. But since I am neither a jeweler or a metallurgist and the pieces are very pretty, I'm not complaining-nor do I feel that's Tophatters fault.

Have had no issues so far. I have bought all kinds of things and particularly thrilled with the jewelry (rings) that are very inexpensive but very nice. Nobody has to know they are not true precious gemstones. Amazing what they can do in a lab.
