I love the app, and have bought alot of stuff, the only thing latley i dont like is when you are on the bidding list and want to look at a item when you go back ot goes to the top of the list instead of where you were on the page, please put that back the way it was

Everything as advertised and received in timely fashion! Quality seems ok but just received some items. I won two of the sheets auctions and havent yet received! I hope they too, are as advertised!
Bought a few products worth their cost. I have bought many items that were poorly made Chinese knock offs that take weeks to arrive just to disappoint with the laughable quality.

Although you CAN get some deals you have to not get carried away in the bidding.
Know and research what you want. See the item and then go to amazon and search for the item to see what the actual price there is.
Another problem is that if you win an amazing deal the seller will not ship and when you ask them where is my item? After a week when not shipped, you get a refund.
That is not fair selling practices! I will definitely be reporting this practice if it happens again.
Not very happy right now with this bid site and will be spreading the word to as many as I can and interested if this review even makes it to the review site.

TopHatter would be an excellent site if its distribution center was located here in the US to decrease the delivery time from as much as one month which would make TopHatter very convenience. I think many users, like myself, use TopHatter because we are lovers of auctions.

Im very disappointed that items come from China... There have been quite a few times Ive not received my items... I just recently got back on the site, from about a year hiatus, due to getting pissed off... Really wish items were American made, but on some stuff, you sure cant beat the price...

I have only one item that got lost but so far I have gotten the rest I got one item that was broken I wish there were some way to have them packed better over all it's ok
Want my money back from an order never delivered what do you want me to say? That you honor your word not I'm still haven't received my order and my packages are torn or ripped. One doll was completely destroyed you never got back with me. Sorry I cannot give a perfect rating because you never got back or return my money.

We have bought many items recently thinking they were "real" items only to realize upon receipt that they are cheap knock-offs. We have returned a few and most likely will return more. For example I ordered 3 Trump hats but two came in partially crushed and look crappy. I will keep them but better care could have been taken with shipping. My wife bought several pocketbook items and they are shoddy - loose threads, incomplete corners. I will monitor your site but will keep a sharp eye on what we bid on.

I have been happy with about 50 percent of what I received. I got game systems just in a mailing envelope. No Box! 2 were cracked but I am not sending the stuff back to China. The 50 percent I was happy with was just because it was a low price. 5 out of 6 clothing items I won were cancelled by the seller with no reason.

Great Service with Good Merchandise, very quick and nice variety. A nice quick way to buy products that you may not find elsewhere and also at very reasonable prices. A nice place to shop and get gifts for upcoming events or celebrations.

Answer: There is also the FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION that can help with these types of problems

Answer: Justin you are absolutely correct. I find out the hard way. I had my own auction with nice AUTHENTIC designer items and cosmetics (Becca, Cargo, Smahbox, Too Faced, etc). I lost big time. $40 Cargo palette sold for $10; it cost me $15. Items that I started higher to cover my cost never sold. I still had to pay fees for the item being listed. A $200 Calvin Klein purse sold for $20; it cost me $80 wholesale. Run!
Answer: If you end up buying a few items from the same seller they can do a combined shipment but you rarely get the same buyer items since they only let the sellers sell 10 items a day. It is different for the sellers that have their own auctions.
Answer: You will notice the same names no matter the day, time etc. Bidding against you very often. Is it a coincidence? Personally I don't believe in coincidences.
Answer: Depends on what you are selling. Yes, a lot of items go unsold in the jewelry and accessories categories... as well as others. Coach and Michael Kors and other designer brands, not much goes unsold, because here's the catch - - you pay fees on the starting bid. TH wants everything to start at $1. So you get punished if you start higher as to not get screwed by a low purchase price. Say you buy a designer bag for $120. If you start that bag at $100, you're already paying over $10 in fees. **IF** you can manage to sell it for a profit, there are still the commission and bank fees. If you start it at $1, you're barely paying any listing fees but it might only sell for $80 (or less!). So, less fees, but you lost your ass on the item. It's messed up. Most sellers have put in their time to see if they can make a profit or to see if TH will change, but they all seem to end up leaving. I'm convinced the only ones who stay to sell there are the counterfeit or crappy quality sellers who are buying items for next to nothing, because that seems to be the only way to make a profit there these days. I would go the ebay route if you're looking to sell.
