I've bought a variety of items from Tophatter, and overall very satisfied. One concern is that jewelry from China marked 925 or sterling silver often isn't. Items coming from China take a long time to arrive, often 3 or 4 weeks, but if you're not in a hurry it's worth the wait. Be prepared for jewelry items not necessarily looking exactly like the picture. Tophatter's return policy is prompt and reliable.

I have purchased a number of things from this app and most have been described well, others have come with no boxes or instructions. I have also found that you have to be quick and read descriptions before bidding being the pictures do not accurately show what you are purchasing in some instances. Some things take a very long time to be shipped to you also.

The jewelry is not the best quality I'm disappointed cause after 30 days it wears down to copper. I also never received the purple globe I ordered I did put a note in to customer service I'm disappointed
