4 Diff Products, not any good

Ordered 1 each; gold men's necklace, iPhone ear buds - corded, wireless type ear buds, and a portable tracker device to find lost items.
Necklace was ok. Corded ear buds, cord volume control does not work. Wireless ear buds, hard to get both to sync to use both at same time. Tracker will not connect to their app at all, tried everything. And I have worked in IT for the past 25 years and owned one of the first PC's ever made back in 1982. Disappointed...

I reviewed your account and see a refund was issued for the items that follow without the return of the items:

Order #: 53025790

I see you requested to return Order #: 72732429 with the reason of Accidental purchase. In this instance, the return of the item is the responsibility of the buyer. Tophatter will always process refunds for buyers upon receiving a valid tracking number from them indicating that the order has been returned to the seller. Tophatter offers Buyer Protection in the form of a 30-day Easy Return policy that will either: 1.) refund the buyer without return needed, 2.) provide the buyer with a prepaid return label, or 3.) present the buyer with the seller's address to return the item, paying for their own return postage with valid tracking number.

I really enjoy Tophatter, but when I have won auctions at ridiculously low bids, my orders are not shipped and I am refunded. No way to comment on the seller that takes your time waiting and waiting for something not sent... Makes me stay off the site often.

You were great now not so.

For 1 year you were great now you have let people put outrageous shipping charges on items. You have accepted sellers who put high start points on items. You allow some to use corp. names and logos on things that are not from that corp.
