I paid over $100 to CVNow for a professional CV writing service. First writer was a novice using simple templates and even did not know my full information though I already provided them. Upon my complaints, a new writer was assigned and finally I had a new CV. Actually it was not a completely new CV, but only a revised/adjusted version of all the same information in my existing CV with some new words. However, I had not received any request for interview for the jobs I applied with my new CV within warranty period. I normally requested a new CV writing as per their commitment but I couldn't get a proper return from them. It took a very long time to assign a CV writer but after starting drafts, they stopped the communication somehow and left all my messages unanswered.
In contrast to all their commitments, CVNow do not provide a professional CV support service and not deserve the money I paid. The CV they wrote for me did not change anything on my job applications. I still don't receive any return from employers.
I feel myself terribly ripped off by CVNow. Don't use them!

Worst purchase experience in decades. On the online profile creation page, I uploaded my CV and three examples of new roles I was going for, as requested. It appears that even their best top 10% writers don't take the time to look at this. After complaining about the first writer, I requested a refund, but was given a second writer and only one actual CV revision! It has taken three weeks (instead of 48 hours) and the result is a complete disappointment and waste of time and money. The writers don't know how to read profiles or explanatory emails. It has been impossible to arrange a phone call to correct writer error, despite being willing to pay. And it has been impossible to get a refund.

I found the initial review really good and so decided to purchase the cv writing service. That was a big mistake. I paid a lot of money for the service, they just take your existing cv and change it without even communicating with you. They changed it so badly that they mixed up facts! After I complained the writer did not even reply a single time to my emails. Not to mention, that when I requested the money back every time I was getting template emails from the 'support' team. Nobody took the time to even re-read the cv that was submitted to me. I'm a professional with an MBA with over 15 years experience and they added 'clerical duties' as my attributes! In the meantime the review time has lapsed, so I was left with no money and no amended cv. The worst service I have ever received.

Don't be fooled by the 1 star. That's only because sitejabber wont allow me to give it zero.

I purchased the Executive package from CVNOw with the promise that I would receive a CV structuring all my experience towards senior management positions. The first draft was received and I was appalled. The grammar was diabolical. The CV honestly looked as though it was either written by some software package or by a non-native english speaker. The only thing this is fit for is the shredder. It's a total con. STAY WELL AWAY

Had a CV rewrite done by them then resubmitted some months later under another name and was basically told my CV was useless and they could do a better one. Money thieving rip off merchants. All the 5 star reviews of them are done by the company as well!
