Awful experience. The writer did not review his/her own work before sending me my first out of the three edits. The grammar was appalling, while the sentences made no sense. They had clearly used a template, while leaving parts of the template in the edit they sent me. For example it said i worked as an Account Director for a company in the USA when i am a Project Manager in the UK. When contacting them they responded really quickly however their resolution was to give me a discount on further edits as it was out of their 7 day review period.
I suggest to be avoided!

Honestly, one on my worst experience with resume companies. They took my old resume, tweaked it a bit and emailed it back to me with a very standard layout and design. Then they asked me to adjust as i see. When i complained about the design and layout they stated this is the best that suits me. I asked to change but no feedback. When I escalated they assigned another writer who sent me a resume for another name (client) and mixed content of mine and the client. When I enrolled, they said payment on 3 installments and suddenly they charged me the full amount. They refused to refund and when I asked about the 60 days interview guarantee received no feedback. I think I will let go and not sure I can complain to my credit card company. I have 17 years of experience and choose the best package and received the worst

After paying a lot of money for my CV to be 'professionally' reviewed I failed to get what I expected and the whole experience was stressfull, draining and highly dissapointing. Although I understood this was a collaborative process I was shocked and astounded with the poor grammar and the terminology was very US centric. I actually thought that one if the writers allocated to me was based in the United States, but I was later informed this was not the case. It was alleged that the writers had a working knowledge of my area of work and this was simply not the case! There appears to be a need to urgently review the allocation process to ensure the 'most suitable and best match'. First and foremost however, in my opinion there is a need to ensure that the people they employ can construct sentences and spell properly. My drafts were full of errors and I had to spend a considerable amount of time providing detailed feedback and explanation regarding the amendments needed. Despite the very lengthy and comprehensive feedback I gave this was not reflected in the drafts I received. There did not seem to be much attention to detail. I simply had no energy left in the end and I 'pulled the plug'. What a waste of my time and my money. I do not recommend or endorse CVNow.

I too had a good first free review, I stupidly paid for a 'professional cv' it was awful. I asked for a rewrite and I am still waiting. I asked for this within the review period they stipulated and now they are trying to say the review period has ended. In there communications to me they state they provide a CV acceptable to the current industry standards. I have asked them forward me evidence of these industry standards and they have not replied. I am taking matters further but I just wanted to warn others.

I have recently had my cv. Reviewed & re-written by cv Now & I have forwarded it to several employment agencies & the response so far is promising.
I would definitely recommend cv Now.
