Overall i have enjoyed quality and professional service with the TopCV team and my assigned writer. The level of communication during the iteration phase was brilliant and the outcome was more than i expected. I recommend TopCV for the quality services they offer.

Do not trust this company. I have been trying to cancel their service within the hour of submitting after finding their service to be poor and lacking a good communicating service. I have a feeling they are like Purple CV and not based in the U. K. I was appointed to a Scott S and he refused to tell me his full name. I have waited over 1 week for them to cancel the service and all the department's are deliberately ignoring my request. Do not trust the company. P.S... some sites say they are based in UK some say states
They are a dodgy company with no correspondence addess and they coincidentally spam through genuine websites we use. THOSE WHO REVIEW BADLY REPORT THEM AND PROTECT CONSUMERS seek for compensation and as they have not offered what they advertised. Under the Consumers Act 2015 we have rights.

I thought my CV was the Dogs Dooda's, until I came across this service and I thought Hey what have I got to lose.
I thought they were bound to complement me on my personal CV.
HOW WRONGWAS I
They basically destroyed it and its the best thing that they could have done as i have now shown their criticisms and advice to family and friends and they all agree word for word with Jenna's findings.
So took the advice I was given and totally started again from scratch employing all the advice i was given.
Would definitely recommend this CV checker to every one looking for a new job or career irrelevant of who's written your CV, unless its Jenna of course.

Katie Warren kindly reviewed my CV and gave honest critical feedback. It made me realize the drawbacks of my CV. I wish I could afford the premium features such as professionally written CV service. I am grad student = I am broke. Maybe TopCV should revise their pricing model, as, I guess, most of their clients are grad students and BROKE indeed grad students are.

Decided to have my CV updated as It was getting too long and not in the latest format. I filled in a questionnaire and enclosed a copy of my current CV. After only a few days the first draft of my new CV was sent for review. It had gone from 5 pages to 2 and the format had certainly changed. A few minor changes were required and then the 2nd draft was sent for approval. I then had a few conversations with the writer, who explained the reasons behind some questions I had regarding the information contained and the layout. I accepted his professional opinion and the final document was then sent to me, ready to send out. Excellent service and highly recommended.
