Not happy at all and very disappointed by the customer service. Bad communication (don't expect a response the same day, I always had to wait the day after). My cv at the end was full of mistakes and does not reflect my abilities and competence. I would never recommend them. I paid £80 for almost nothing. What a shame TopCV :(

I bought an executive package and I did not get what I paid for? This is a scam and fake service.

I lost my money and they did not deliver anything worth.

Be careful, they will track your submittal thru one of their websites and will send you a fake job that match your experience then you will sign to get a proper resume.ater them will get your money and through you under the bus.

They took my money and tried to continue selling me services, the writer didn't know my industry or work personally with me and never answered my questions, just kept sending me generic messages. Feel like I've been ripped off and my CV was more authentic before.

Stay as far as you can.
Canned text CVs written by either a machine or someone with no English.
As soon as you complain, they stop replying and your money and time is wasted.

They really read and give a honest feedback. I've submitted my cv to other companies before but they only told me what I wanted to hear. For the first time someone really took it's time to look it properly and to give me a constructive feedback. Thank you <3

I have daily update about my CV review. It point out some disadvantages and wakens of my CV. There is more work to be done on my CV, but it was a solid improvement.

As a CV writing company they say they have experience and skills. Yet they made a horrible example of my CV. Bad English and mistakes everywhere. After 3 attempts it was just the same.
I asked for a refund and they said no because I have a working document even although they admitted that the CV writer they assigned didn't do well. Very bad service. Do not use.

1st Draft was written by a non English speaking child. 2nd draft took 3 more weeks and actually made a worse job of my existing CV. Don't waste your time or money. Lesson learnt. Sexy website and but that's just a front. If you after a waitering job, maybe its fine but not as a professional.

Paid £99 for a CV after getting a free review, 4 weeks after paying, completing the questionnaire I had heard nothing. I chased and was told they never got it. I asked why no one had been in touch to make me aware they were waiting/hadn't received anything. By this point I found a job and asked for a refund. After weeks of chasing I got £49 back and was told there is a £50 cancellation fee.

Absolutely joke. Buyer beware.

I've had my cv reviewed by the career development centre in my university but the level of detail I received from TopCV is far superior. Very comprehensive and sent me in a new direction with how I approached it's construction. Cannot recommend them highly enough
