Their CV did not work for me at all.
It has been almost three months now and I've been applying to numerous jobs online on various platforms but to no avail.
I have applied to almost more than 300 openings locally as well as other international locations but forget even getting a call for an interview, I have been flooded by emails with replies saying that unfortunately they have not shortlisted me for the post advertised by them.
Some of my friends who saw my CV said they wouldn't read my CV because it's too long, it is not formatted right, it doesn't look professional and it does not have an appealing layout.
In addition, it does not even show jobs related to my profession in the job alerts. Most of the time it ends up showing jobs in marketing whereas I am working in a creative department.
The CV of a colleague who designed the CV himself on his own having similar profile as mine easily fetched a job when he wanted to switch over.
And last but not the least, they NEVER RESPOND IN TIME.
I would recommend go ahead and design your CV yourself. Who knows yourself better than you? Instead of wasting your precious time and money running after an unprofessional bunch of people, go ahead and craft your own CV.

Do not use TopCV. They give you the best writer for the review and then don't deliver - did not even read their own review when creating my CV. Did not read my supporting documents and they won't speak to you on the phone. Even basic grammar was wrong. I requested a refund and now can't get hold of them.

Do not use this company. The versions of my CV and Covering letter they sent me all looked like they had been put together using a BOT and not an actual person. Despite my providing feedback several times (including asking them to correct job titles that had been added for roles that I had clearly not had), I was consistently sent documents that I would have been ashamed to send out. I recognise that it is difficult to put together a CV for someone you don't know, but given the cost, I would have expected at least documents that flowed grammatically, and that had vague suitability to my career aspirations. I was refused a refund despite it being clear that their service had been abysmal and that the documents provided were unusable. This is a complete waste of time service. I think their "positive" reviews are fake.

I had a very bad experience. They don't provide what they promised.
They have several packages with different discount. But they remove services as well. So you think you got the same good package with discount but NO.

They promised to have cv rewrite after 60 days if you didn't get a job.
I didn't got any interview after 90 days. They almost didn't do any notice changes in the cv.
I have 15+ years of experience.

Total waist of time and money for such expensive service.

I paid for them to write a German specific CV for me and they provided me with an unformatted, non-German, piece of garbage. I told them it the format was incorrect and that they missed half of my requests and experience, and they refused to update it, correct it or even use the proper job title I requested!

When I printed it out, it was full of extra underlines and bullets, my picture was gone, and they essentially just used my current resume, which is not in CV format. The writer made a resume the way he wanted - not a CV the way the client requested.

I have complained to customer service and the writer and have not heard back. I want my money back. I cannot use what they gave me; it's completely unusable and I told them so. I normally don't write reviews, but I am so disappointed.

The person who wrote my CV just took a generic template from google and adapted with the sentences I have provided to him in the questionnaire (even if the sentences were just examples to be improved by the suppossed "premium writer"). I was expecting him to properly write them and to provide some sense out of it, not just to copy-paste all sentences one after another. I can do that myself.

I paid 350 euros for a service that does not deliver anything closer to what it says it does. I'm speechless. Especially with the linkedin part. That was a total DISASTER. It was literally a copy paste from the CV! Making no sense, looking so poor. The service is sold as "reqriting your profil" He did not even looked at my profile! He just took sentences from the CV and added some useless connectors in between. This is a joke.

I demanded a reimbursement of at least that part which was 160€ because of course I can copy paste my CV without spending that much money. No answer from customer service.

I have hired another company and they are surprised by the poor job done. I am quite speechless.
