They are nice and polite until they take your money. Afterward, you realize that they work after templates and internal preprints, they do not even bother to read what you have written on their questionnaire, they are not attentive to your needs, and their work denotes lack of culture, inability to understand language beauty, they are like butchers manipulating meat. I recent; y lost my Job, due to COVID pandemic, after working nearly 12 years for the same Company. I needed to update my CV taking into account the latest requirements that Companies and recruitment services use. I turned to the expertise of TopCV with their KEYWORD inclusions and formatting expertise. They worked with me and produced a updated CV that reflected the new position I was in and looking for in this new post COVID competitive marketplace.

Seeing how well TopCV analyzed my CV I was impressed and ordered their services - top tier pricing. What I received in a few days was extremely disappointing. They have used my words within the standard template with ultra-simple formatting. Logic of expertise areas and key achievements was wrong and do not reflect the most impactful areas. It also included some definitions that have nothing in common with reality. It might be a typo or just negligence. There is literally nothing to pay money for. Expertise is not proven.

Put simply: it's a scam. Please don't give money to these crooks.

I have placed an order for CV and Cover Letter on May 28 paying $129.

The writer (David S. Probably some fake profile) sent me the first drafts on May 31. The CV was horribly written and full of typos while the Cover Letter was simply a copy and paste of the key achievements already present in the CV.

I replied to the writer on the very same day with a list of feedbacks but I never had the pleasure to hear from him again.

I called the Customer Service and they gave me a new writer (Rose C. Probably another fake profile). The writer told me she would send the new drafts on June 8 but I have never received them.

I kept calling the Customer Service asking for updates until June 10 they stop answering me.

If you don't believe me, look closely at their reviews. The positive ones are only a couple of lines and probably written by bots. The negative ones are very detailed and clearly written by humans.

Following a scathing review of my original CV, I paid for the top service including CV, Cover letter and Linkedin makeover. The CV was drafted twice, but was no use at all. There were spelling mistakes, grammatical errors, and the syntax seemed to be that of a non English Speaker. I did not even get my Linkedin profile in draft. After complaint I have been offered 30% refund. My advice, don't go there.
