I've paid for a full package and as soon as I've received my first draft I was shocked by the level of mistakes my CV and motivation letter contained. He didn't include a lot of information from my previous CV, the english was poor, the terms used were inappropriate for my sector. Basically they know nothing about CV writting. I've had it reviewed by an acquittance who is HR consultant and she was shocked when I've told her I've used professional CV and profile writters. False advertisment!

There is lack of transparency when you sign up for the package. They say 'unlimited correspondence' with the writer but later went on to deny me a single phone correspondence. When I insisted on a call with the 'writer' since none of their communications specified 'email only', they say, speaking to the writer will cost me an extra £50!
The first draft I received had statements copied exactly from Netflix's JDs. And buzzwords stapled on to sentences without thought, hence rife with structural and grammatical errors. It did not meet some of the requirements I had mailed them in my brief and that's when I asked for a phone call which they denied for 2 weeks before getting back to me with a £50 option.

Please be aware before you trust in this company. I purchased the second best option £129 for a CV and covering letter. Big mistake. I was assigned a writer who sent me a first draft that was such a big disappointment. The format was for first grade students, some of the language did not make sense. I told them straight away I was not happy and wanted my money back. Well I'm still waiting after more than a week. Apparently they don't refund since this is a non tangible goods. The customer service is non existent.

As an experienced professional my CV was getting to 4-5 pages in order to cover all of my experiences as you would in a traditional CV. Working with my writer Murray, we were able to get it down to two pages and to deliver a more impactful and effective CV, while still covering all the relevant points in a shorter read.

Absolutely atrocious and unprofessional:

-They wrote the CV without understanding my work and my aspiration, giving me a very generic first draft with inaccurate descriptions.
-After my first draft, I gave my feedback but they gone MIA for a week (my package included 2 revisions), and I chased, they promised it will come back the next day, but the second draft only comes 1 week after, which is 3 days passed promised deadline
- When I disucssed with CS, the follow up is also very slow, they offered to provide me a new review with a more senior staff. But why would they give me a junior trainee to update my CV in the first place know that i pay for full price package?

Overall I would not recommend this to anyone, there are better and cheaper options out there.

I got the "Executive Priority CV Writing Package" from TopCV, but the results were underwhelming, to say the least.
Using the Resume made by them has not created any interviews nor leads.
The icing and reason for writing the review is, that on a web-site another free evaluation gave their product a devastating review. Only TopCV re-evaluated their own output - ouch.
Avoid - these "professionals" produce no better results than you find from google for Resume writing best practices.
