Resume didn't make any sense, appears written by someone with no experience in CV writing or my area of expertise. Due to the bad punctuation, I was informed at an interview that they had to stop reading my CV.

BTW, my name was spelled wrong, the CV contained so many grammar mistakes. On top of this I was asked to rewrite parts of my CV, only to have what I wrote ignored and the CV reformatted once more and sent back.

This makes me wonder about the so many 5* ratings, anyhow, I learned my lesson, and never again will I opt for such service.

I do have to say that, at the beginning, I was not sure if I should take this offer, but I belive it was one of the best decisions I have ever made, first the review and then, the makeover experience was quite satisfactory. Theresa was really helpful at all times, she did already an amazing job for the first draft, and we only finish some of the details that were missing. I'm quite happy with the final result and I'm exciting with all the new offers that have started to be available for me. I totally recommend this service to friends and family and to anyone interested in improving your chances looking for a good job in the market.

CV-now produced a brief and concise product from my lengthy and awkwardly written CV. Not only did the agent filter out my most significant attributes and formulate them in a very catching way, he also developed a format that made the perception easy, really appealing to the eye.

I had a very professional and productive interaction with Nicole over the course of 3-4 days. The advice given and drafts proposed have secured me two interviews and firm job offers less than a month after completing the process. I did eventually add a few more details to the completed draft and correct some "assumptions" but did not deviate too far from the proposed version. The assistance with my LinkedIn profile was of great benefit and my visibility and use of the site has increased.

I have been very skeptical of these services having had two previous 'professional' CV's written. First of all Sara reviewed my CV. She nailed the errors. Then gave me a written review showing what my old CV scored through the automated online review. That was an eye opener!
Cindy wrote my new CV and after accepting some direct feedback she got my CV right.
Finally it was passed back through the online automation. To the testament of their work it took three days for my first response. Just finished my first interview... Waiting for the next one.

I thought I had an excellent CV/Application Letter. But to create the best chance for myself to be invited for interviews I asked CV now to remake my CV and letter. With no doubt: it was a perfect decision! Why:
- They make my CV more visible for recruiters. For example by updating my header;
- they updated the format very professional;
- they optimized the content to have a fit with my focus industry;
- they implemented key skills to get me to the Applicant Tracking system,
- the made my application letter very clear and professional;
One advice (my personal opinion) to CV now:
Remaking a CV/ letter is a very personal thing. The process would be more better for me when I had the opportunity to directly contact (by Phone/ not only by mail) the 'CV Writer'. In this way you can prevent communicational errors and further improve the quality of the 'end-document'.

I used CV now to re write my CV.
After making job applications which were declined, CV now reviewed my cv free of charge.
They wrote to me outlining the points that needed attention and I left it to the professionals. I was delighted to hear they have writers and do not use templates therefore the cv is very personal to each individual.
Now I have a very professional CV that is polished looking and I am very happy I chose CV now to do this they provided an excellent service at a reasonable price.
