My experience with CV Now was perfect. Once I uploaded my CV immediately I was contacted by a representative and the work started same day. After some exchange of ideas and needs I received a version with a very good presentation and a totally different way of present my professional experience, skills and education. The CV and cover letter highlight main content that promote my professional profile. I am happy with the final result. Fully recommended.

I received my first draft after a week of requesting it and as soon as I received it, I gave feedback of what needs to be changed and I was told that she is going to get back with me in a few days, however she sent me a revised document the last day of my 7 day period and when I opened it I was very shocked to find out that nothing has been done what I have asked her to do. Very unreliable service. Would not recommend it to anyone.

About the first version of the CV they made for me, I had second thoughts so we made a second version. Mark was always in time.

D) Linkedin Profile: OK (3***) No, the quality was not bad. The reason I only give 3* is that I just knew already most of the suggestions that Mark sent me. Maybe I was expecting more. But still he corrected a lot of stuff (truth is I had already a quite "worked out" Lin Profile). Very good work though. My Lin profile is now much more professional looking.

I got the keyword optimised CV with revisions plus cover letter package.
I was amazed by the transformation of my CV. The three pages long, dry and boring resume became one page, well composed, exciting and brief, to the point document I can confidently use in the future. My suggestions were implemented as requested and I am really satisfied with the outcome. I can tell only good things about my cover letter too.

The ordering process and supplying the information is well developed, user-friendly. They respond very quickly really try to personalise the documents to your needs, responding to your requests.

I give only 4 stars because they missed a few critical points of my feedback when revising my CV. Of course, these were corrected on the second attempt. Also, there were a couple of typos in the CV, but spellchecker is free to download, so I corrected them in a few seconds, no harm done. It could have been done by the supplier, though, typos are a horrible mistake in CVs.

Whilst we can get bogged down sometimes with minute detail and issues of timeliness for me the key to great customer service is good communication throughout the process. CVNow deserve 5 stars for this aspect alone. The final products for me (CV, cover letter and LinkedIn profile) achieved exactly what I hoped. I was handed a set of documents which accurately conveyed the message; would trigger key word searches from agencies and employers; are versatile enough for me to tailor them to particular roles with very little additional effort.

The first draft came back on time with enough of a framework and highlighted weak areas for me to steer the agent towards the final draft. This was not time consuming at all on my part as the right prompts were put in place for me to add comments to. The final draft was delayed beyond the deadline but there was excellent communication throughout which offset any concerns of mine.

I am extremely happy with the end results and I have experienced a significant increase in hits since applying for jobs using the CVNow version.
