Easy way to get a little needed cash. Process is straight forward and easy. Highly recommended.
The cash out process was very easy even though it took a long time to be able to cash out.
I just redeemed another $36 gift card for Amazon. My 3rd around that amount this year. I have several of these extensions on my computer. Swagbucks, Honey, CapOne and Rakuten. Once in a while one of those will cover a store Topcashback does not, but Rakuten only pays you 4 times a year. TCB you can withdraw whenever you want. Other sites sometimes only offer 1-3% making it take forever to build up enough to cash out, or they want you to play games, watch videos, and take surveys that earn you literal pennies for your time. Without all the extra add ons, redeeming points is much easier.

Excellent response time and very easy to access and withdraw your cash back. I love earning money for products I would already purchase.
Using TopCashback has been far easier than anticipated (coming from a very challening experience with MaxRebates). The site is easy to navigate, they record seemingly all transactions (so far, unlike AAShopping), and simply payout when it's correct and deduct when it's not. I requested a payout and it seems like it's on its way (unlike MaxRebates). I contacted support once and received a response almost before I shut the site down. Very good experience.
