First, in one day I log into my account to view about my cash back for the order I made via topcashback.com but I cannot login even I reset password. I don't know what going on with my account, I don't receive any email from them.
I contact them to ask about problem, they require me provide all information about my order, my info even my private document passport. I sent all as require and waiting 7 days to receive the final result is "illegitimate or abusive transactions", all cash back from my account removed and I sure it transferred to their bank account.
I require to show proof for "illegitimate or abusive transactions" but they don't say anything about that.

I don't know topcashback is a REAL or FAKE cash back service!
Don't email anything untill member contact about the problem.
Don't show any proof and just say "illegitimate or abusive transactions" to get cash back of members.

Now I worry about my information, financial details, passport everything they have about me and I don't know they will do for what.

I have tried to claim my hotel stays twice. Both of them got declined even though I booked through the link.
I booked with Marriot and then IHG. Please do not use it, very very difficult

I've been trying to convince family and friends to join it. Especially when you feel guilty having to spend a lot for online order shopping, when TopCashBack accepts it, you do save at least a small amount as in earning back into your account. I know there are some stores where the percentage back is very generous, though I have stuck with the everyday stores. I would rate it 10 ********** stars, if only it accepted Amazon purchases, since that is a primary place where I order from weekly.

First off I only have one account and invite alot of my friends and family to join and they all did cashback offers and I guess since I referred too many people they saying I have multiple accounts which is a big lie yall just dont want to pay my $430 worth of referral bonus to me yall are liars and I hope this scam site get shutdown and go to hell!

I made a very substantial purchase using topcashback as a clickthrough. It amazing, how they dont show this as payble or pending to me. I called the merchant and they confirmed they can see the clickthrough from Topcashback to them. But despite that information I am out several hundred dollars in cashback. Repeated emails to topcashback states it could take up to 12 weeks. Well for me...its been 12 weeks and nothing.
Want good and reliable cashback go to Rakuten or befrugal. Topcashback doesnt know what customer service is and you cannot even speak to a real person

These bad reviews from people talking about not getting their money are ridiculous. The site is free to use, so there's literally no downside, even if you don't get your money (which has never happened to me, so I don't know what these people are trying to buy - they're most likely doing it wrong). It might take several weeks to get the money, but you definitely DO get it. I've been using it the last 8 years and get about $50 cash back per year, and I've referred others who have started using it instead of other similar sites.

Hard to draw money outScam website. My Account was created in March. And I referred my family members and got referrals bonus. It was approved and in November, I wanted to draw money out. A email was sent to me saying multiple accounts created and threaten to close all accounts. Why not said so when accounts were just created in March?! It is recommended not to use them. Just too much hustle to deal with them. I have same with ShopBack and Cashrewards with no issues to draw money. Just avoid it!

I wrote an email to customer care but no response, all of my purchases that i made never got tracked. Seems these guys are reaping out the referral money and aren't paying out to anyone. Seems more like a scam website to me.

I had bad experience using this site. They closed account without valid reasoning. Just because it was opened by one person, it doesn't mean the account was used by one person. I guess you have to use different information or bank information without asking another person to create your account for you. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I do love the Top Cashback extension. The only issue is since I use Safari on an app, I get notification that the purchase may not track. I don't want to install Chrome. Their app is really to use as well.

The feature is a great way to get money back on purchases you are making, especially online! If you are ordering something from a merchant, simply check TopCashBack if there is a giftcard. I have found some anywhere from 3-10%. Purchase the gift card and it only took a couple of minutes to receive an email with the gift card info, input on the merchant site and save!

I really like using topcashback.com to make purchases online. It gives me more money to spend on gifts or things I need. Only thing is if you plan on cashing in for a gift card plan ahead a couple days. Other than that I love it!
