Over promise and under deliver. The only reason I use them is cashback is not available from the primary site I use.
I made a Hilton *******@11% cashback. First it was denied, then it was paid out at a lower percentage. To their credit, once I pointed this out they brought it back up to the promised return. That said, I have had several other hotel bookings that were flat out denied without sufficent explanation.
On Thanksgiving, I ordered a microwave from Home Depot. It never came through. I filed a missing cashback claim and now I am told it "can take several months to complete." This will not be my first Home Depot purchase through TopCashback that will be denied.

When Cash Back doesn’t track or is declined, it’s usually because the retailer hasn’t confirmed the purchase on their end, but that doesn’t mean we want to leave things there. We’re always happy to submit claims and follow up directly with retailers, even though responses can unfortunately take some time. I know that wait isn’t ideal, and I truly appreciate your patience.

I just buy stuff I would normally buy, and I get cash back. I recommend this app to anyone that reads this
So TCB was offering extra cashback on gift cards so I took advantge and ordered 4 $25 gift cards. Three of them went through just fine but the forth one wouldn't activate. Kept saying there was a problem and try again later. I did a ticket with TCB and they were very nice but said I had to go through the actual gift card company. That was a nightmare, finally after about 3 days of runaround they said the reason that happened is that gift card was out of stock and they did refund my money. First off how do you run out of digital gift cards and second why not just say that in the first place instead of giving me the runaround.
I most likely won't get any gift cards through here again as long as they partner with this company, Runa. Formerly known as WeGift their reputation leaves a lot to be desired. I really like TCB and hope when their contract with Runa is up they'll consider a different company.

I have tried a few other cash back sites and apps and TopCashBack is definitely the winner!
It's the only one I use now.
Way way faster then Rakuten
I will be using Top cash more only took 3 weeks to receive cash back vs 3 months on Rakuten
Everything about Top Cashback is so easy. Withdrawing rewards is simple and they give what they promise.
Tried TopCashback for a few things like PureVPN and Accor All, and honestly it's been amazing. Everything tracked perfectly and the cashback actually came through without any drama. I even did a small PayPal withdrawal just to test it and it hit exactly as expected no random fees or surprises.
The partial withdrawal thing confused me for a second, but once I clicked around it was actually super easy. Took out what I needed and the rest stayed safe in my account.
Overall, very happy with it. Gets the job done, gives real money back, and feels totally legit. Would happily recommend it!
I enjoyed the 12-Days of Christmas Giveaway. While I wasn't a winner I did find the contest to be a fun and memorable event. Some of the questions evoked some fond Holiday memories of my childhood and teenage years. It was nice nostalgia. I also read some of the other members responses - I think several of my fellow contestants enjoyed the contest as well.
I love being able to first come to TopCashBack to find out the percentage of cash back I would receive shopping online stores. I always get some percentage back. I also love when there are bonuses added to shopping at times. When there are cash back games like finding the humming bird I always get excited daily to play

I started on day one and enjoyed every day after. It did make me think how I could use this portal to make my "playing Santa" dollars go even further. But my favorite question was the one that asked what was the first thing I started saving for…that brought back some sweet memories!
So easy to use. I love how you can view all activity on the dashboard. My favorite is when I cash out my rewards, which I earn cash doing this as well. Amazing!

Answer: I'm a glutton for punishment. So, my view of a success story may differ from your tastes. I bought some liquor at Total Wine & More, going through TopCashBack, in early March. 6 months later, after multiple back and forths, see this absolute disgrace of an answer TCB gave to get out of paying me: Sep 03 2023 Hi there, Unfortunately in this case the retailer has awarded the commission (cashback) for your sale to another affiliate. These other affiliates can include rival cashback portals, comparison sites or even a simple click on a Google ad. This has resulted in the tracking cookie not linking back to TopCashback. We are not denying that you clicked-through to make the purchase from your TopCashback account, but certain aspects can have a negative effect on your transaction tracking and TopCashback not being recognized as the 'last referrer' of the sale. Reasons for a retailer making this decision can include: -If your computer cookies were not cleared before making a transaction -Another website, cashback portal, pop-up advertisement, search engine or comparison site may have linked to your transaction -Coupon codes which are not advertised by TopCashback. -Using ad-blockers on your browser These are only suggestions, however, as the retailer does not advise us which of these is applicable in your particular case. As this is the retailer's final decision, I'm afraid this isn't something we can dispute further. For any future purchases we'd recommend to clear cookies prior to logging-in to your account and avoid the use of coupons unless you see the code posted on our site.
