I'm sorry to hear you've had this issue with our extension. I understand it is frustrating to go through the claims process, however it is the only way for us to track down your purchase and work to get your Cash Back in instances where your transactions don't track. Some tips to ensure Cash Back tracks include: regularly clearing cookies & cache, turning off ad-blockers, making sure you aren't using outside promotional codes or coupons, shop with as little tabs open as possible and try not to click around while shopping.
