What's worse is that I had provided all necessary details and proof of the transaction, including the merchant order confirmation. Despite this, I received no help or resolution—just a canned response shifting the blame entirely to the merchant. There's no ETA, no visibility into cashback timelines, and no warning if something changes. If a merchant can revoke cashback years after the transaction, what's the point of using the platform? TopCashback seems to have no policy or accountability structure in place to protect the user or challenge unfair denials. This experience has completely shattered my trust in TopCashback. I will never use it again, and I strongly advise others to think twice before relying on cashback that might never arrive—no matter how long you wait or how much proof you provide.

Love them but... TEMU if you opt for their "price adjustment" in the 30 day window for finding a lower price for ONE item they reject your entire TEMU Topcash! NOT worth asking for the price adjustment!

It's good to claim some cash back, but sometimes, you will lose your cashback, so do not really make the decision based on it, sometimes, the price is higher than not using the Topcashback link

While not every store I shop at is listed, there are so many places that are. It's nice to get a little bit of money back on things I was going to buy anyway, especially plane tickets and hotels.
I love purchasing gift cards to get cashback, but it's often difficult to get the transactions approved. My cards have been blocked many times, so I always worry it will happen again. I've also encouraged many friends to buy gift cards, and most of them haven't been able to complete the purchase for the same reason. Maybe Runa needs to provide banks with more security or verification for these transactions.
