The service I received was exceptional I dare to say. Service depends on people and I must confess that Christopher made my experience the best I could have: I always received prompt replies to my question concerning my trip and overall he handled my request in more than a professional way. I got exactly what I was looking for and for sure will be using Top Business Class for future trips.

Joseph Williams tried hard to do a good job, but I feel he did not have much experience and was not able to answer all my questions well. He was responsive and attentive, however.
I will not know what to think of the organization until I complete my itinerary and see how the flights go.
