My son was having difficulty breathing after a few weeks in India due to fires. We had to go to the hospital to check lung function the day before I had to leave for business back to the U.S.,(we were staying with family friends & it was not planned he travel with me). I called Joseph to start checking on flights for him to leave with me in case the Dr. Had a bad report.
The whole thing was scary, rushed & uncertain. Joseph got back to me very quickly with options on getting my son home the nect day if needed. As a Mother that information was calming and reassuring. No matter what the tests said I knew I could get him home with the next day. That kind of support is hard to find. I am very grateful to Joseph.
