I have never used any company like this before. I usually am able to use air miles. I'm taking a trip to Africa in October but the day I need to come back was blacked out & I could only use my miles for economy. I contacted this company & was helped by Natasha. She was very professional & very helpful. She was not pushy & allowed me time to make a knowledgeable decision. I wouldn't hesitate in using her & this company again. I'm actually working on a trip to Europe in sept & will definitely call Natasha again.
