If all of your agents/travel advisors are of the caliber of Nick, you're in tall cotton...an asset to your organization!...personable, knowledgeable, attentive to detail and responsive. I'll be back around this time next year asking for him. I'm at a station in life where I don't make changes on whim. My last previous experience to same place, same length of time was fraught with some issues...just as well.

Aaron Himy has been very knowledgeable and very helpful.

My point of contact was easy to talk to and provided a lot of information to help me understand my options. Additionally, the rates he provided we're much better than what I could get for myself. Experience overall was excellent thus far. We have not flown as yet so I am eager to see How the rest of the experience goes.

Serge did a great job in locating us a business class flight. Was surprised when the last leg of our trip was coach. I asked for exit rows and thought we were booked but then received an e-mail saying I would have to book it!
That is when the service fell off.
