I have dealt with other firms that provide discounts on international business and first class fares but have found this firm and Nick Taylor to be without question outstanding. This past November four of us traveled to Australia and we did so via Top Business Class and Nick Taylor. We found the entire process of matching our schedule with the best flight on the airline we preferred to be a painless process. Nick took care of everything for us and he did so in a very professional, courteous manner. He was easy to communicate with and even returned calls timely.
We are now planning a trip to Europe and will of course go with Nick. And yes, we have already recommended Top Business Class (and Nick) to several friends.

Swift, accurate, helpful, courteous, and available. Went beyond the call of duty to help me get my different frequent flyer miles attached to my many flights and even helped me through the seat selection process on different airlines. First-rate.
Alex found you international business seats using our air miles. He found us much better buys that we would have found ourselves.
The only issue I had was the way the billing came through. Citi Bank denied the charge and because of the split billing I was unable to identify it and approve it. After I called customer service and they explained it I authorized it and everything went through.
We had a few complications, all our own doing due to several changes we requested including one after initial booking, but Dale was very responsive and came through. Dale always got back with me and was available on Saturday and Sunday. Highly recommend them.
Good service and good airfare price!
I was scepitcal at first, but after checking out references I decided to give them a try. Every thing was fine. Flights and connections were a bit tight on one leg, but everything came out OK In the end. Initial reservation was messed up, but they fixed everything right away.

Last year Natasha assisted in a trip from Copenhagen to Tucson---great price by the way--for two. I was concerned about the late seating assignment and the airline itself, but was assured that all would be fine. It was excellent and the cost was great. I called again this year to see about an arrangement for round-trip tickets from Tucson to Malaga, Spain. The cost was more than I expected, but still far below what the various airlines quoted. Additionally, when I first contacted your company, I spoke with another consultant who immediately asked if I had previously worked with another agent. He indicated that you like to have the same person work with returning customers so he contacted Natasha for me. I got the reservations I wanted---mostly. Because I live in Tucson, Az. It is difficult to arrange flights from any where. I would have liked the tickets to include the round trips from Tucson to LAX, but understand the problems. This did make it a additional chore for me however. I will continue to work with your company, but adjust the initial home city to a larger hub to facilitate easier travel arrangements. I wish we could have found something a bit cheaper, but this reservation saved about $1,650 per ticket. Again. I will continue to utilize topbusinessclass.com as the agents are very professional, they provide options when available, and always work to assist the individual traveler's needs and desires. Too bad you don't have a "frequent flyer" club. Great job and I highly recommend your services to anyone looking to travel at business or First Class levels.
