My agent contacted customer service for us as we were not able to assign our seats online by ourselves. Customer Service told our agent to contact them 30 hrs prior to departure to assign seats. There should be a way to do this online by ourselves ahead of time. To have to wait just prior to departure gets in the way of a million things that has to be done before leaving the country.
