Total rubbish. Bought a guitar pedal from them, which arrived DOA. Approached them for replacement which they said would arrive within 18 days. 40 days later, no replacement. Emailed them. No response to emails. Submitted a paypal claim, got no response from them. 2 weeks later and still no resolution. A horrible buying experience. The annoying thing is this was all a relatively simple matter that any reasonable response from them could have solved!
These people are cons and thieves, got half the order and they said I signed the order which I did I unpacked the item after they left half was missing and one was broke. They said take pictures which I did nothing so now I have 250.00 of nothing and pay pal will do nothing

Update: 3 months after placing order i received it.
I didn't know it was coming from China when I ordered. I wouldn't order from them again.
I ordered ear buds, got email it had shipped with this message:, By the way, There are exsit two special cases as follows: 1.part of the delivery code (such as ZPTD, ZDP, DHL, etc.) there are two tracking numbers, please reference the second shipment message; 2. Your order maybe shipped out with several packages. But do not worry, we also will send you the package information with several emails. Looking forward to your understanding.
Month went by nothing. No further communication. No email with tracking number.
I emailed them and they said: Thank you for your message and sorry for late reply.
Can you ask the local post office and the customs in your country? The parcel may be in there.
I ask for tracking number. They say: Sorry to tell you that but since you chose (free)Super Save Shipping when you ordered,
Your parcel was sent out without tracking number
We use China EMS to deliver.
Could you please go to local post office and customs to check if it were there by using your name?
I don't believe this is a real business, they were advertising on Facebook so beware... I didn't even realize it was coming from China. I used PayPal to pay.
I do not know how this Tomtop website get its high rate here. My experience with them was terrible!
I placed an order of 14.99 USD on their website. Ten days later, received an email asking 'As the logistics has increase the prices level, would you like to pay 4 USD for the ship cost so that we can send your order.' Of course I ignored the unreasonable request. One month later when I asked online chat when would my order be shipped, the staff cancelled my order without my permission! And end the chat from its end!
I do not know when my money will be refunded yet.
Based on my experience with Tomtop.com, I strongly not recommend this website.

Delay tactics and no pay back
Worst shop ever and first chinese shop I had ever problems.
I ordered an phone but it was sent back by the customs.
Tomtop received it back but they don't want to pay the money back and claim it they did't receive but won't communicate the tracking...
I'm already waiting for more than 6 months...
Service is only delaying and each answer seems like it's coming from a bot.
If you try, consider your money gone forever.

Good buy. Had issues with initial delivery and had to pay additional £4 in order for the Door bell camera to be delivered.

Very pleased with all my purchases from Tomtop - and I've made lots of them. Great value for money. Shipping time is variable but often speedier than you expect. I've used their customer service through email and it's excellent - very good English - very polite and efficient - they answer quickly. I have found Tomtop to be as reliable as the best of British online stores and recommend it without reservation. You can buy with confidence.
I ordered an oscilloscope kit including a case. The oscilloscope was delivered and works fine, but the case was missing.
It took them two weeks to agree to send the case. A further three weeks later it still hadn't been sent, and they agreed to refund part of the purchase price so that I could order it elsewhere.

Ordered an item for Halloween... paid extra for expedited shipping & never received the item. Contacted them and asked where my item was. They assured me it was on it's way & send me a new tracking number (which was invalid) Halloween came & went and no item... emailed them for a refund... no response. Only savor was I paid with paypal & they eventually credited my account. Dnt waste ur time or money with this bogus company!

I bought a product and I didn't receive. I complaint and they give data in order to enter in contact with my local post office. After several tries and I return to them for help.
They simply refund me. No question asked.

This is the first time I got scammed by an eBay online seller. I bought a patio sofa from this unethical company but found out quality issue after few weeks. I contacted seller for replacement cover, and they did also offered me $10 refund which I refused because there is no way I can buy a set of sofa cover with $10. However, seller agreed to send replacement parts but I have to wait around 3 months to get it ship from China. I was so regret I trusted the seller by not opened any case or left feedback first. After 3 months waiting, I did not received anything and I no longer covered with the website and stuck with a defective item. They politely responded to every message like they have great service, but a good service will take immediate action to solve the issue for customer ASAP instead of GIVING YOU A BUNCH OF BULL$#*!.

Ordered something, paid and then get an email the next day saying that if I want the item I ordered and paid for, it would cost me an extra $5. They said that this was due to increased costs from supplier, but when I checked today, 2 days after ordering, it was still the same price that I had paid. Con artists. Also customer service is non existent. Basically they said, pay the extra or go away!

Bought this Led mask for halloween. I was afraid that it wouldn't be on time, so I send a mail and they replayed very fast. That was super nice and they also kept in contact about the order. My order was send fast (payed for it and I think it was worth it) I got it on time. Had a blast with it and got a lot of compliment saying ot looked awesome.

My story a while back is... I made a $5 purchase for a tackle box from TOMTOP through eBay. TOMTOP seems like they have several accounts under eBay. I have made a total of two purchases under their different accounts. Both items were for a tackle box. The first purchase was never received and waited 2 or 3 months (I can’t recall) for it to arrive as they described in the listing. TOMTOP’s customer service is excellent when they are selling or in the process of selling you an item. The problem starts when you have to make a claim or return an item. Well they kindly assured me to wait all the way until eBay’s money back guarantee was gone (I think this is within 30 days). I could’ve gone through my credit card for refund but since this was only $5 it was not worth it. Writing the bad review here was fulfilling to me. The second time I bought the tackle box from TOMTOP through eBay arrived quickly this time. The only difference was that they were under different Ebay account holders. I would have liked to leave them bad feedback but didn’t since I did receive the tackle box. Now why did I purchase from them the second time? It was because I didn’t expect to receive it and wanted to go through eBay for the money back and leave the bad feedback……………. Moral of story…. Don’t purchase from TOMTOP unless you can eat the loss.
