Заказывал в этом магазине всего лишь дважды: пувербанк и мультиметр. Оба раза остался доволен. Бесплатная и быстрая доставка. Полная поддержка. Гибкость оплаты товаров. В некоторых случаях отличная замена другим именитым магазинам. Вот только перевод подкачал, и перевод андроид приложения надо бы улучшить.

I have gone through a horrible experience with Tomtop. Due to some government regulation in my country India the import of any such RC quad/ Drone/Helicopter is prohibited and requires clearance from government authorities such as DGCA and DGFT. I was not aware about this rule as this has been not been made public in general.
I requested my refund for two products order no: AA17H21M2420-7S5W24 & Order number: AN17I02W3443-ZZIHRQ post sending it back to the Tomtop office in China through custom department in my city Bangalore. Despite my repeated mails they are just not bothered to respond to my mails.
I am losing money without any fault of mine. Tomtop is a big cheater as they are not clarifying anything to me. I will never do any shopping with them in future.
i bought an action camera. the price was very small and convenient so i decided to buy it. the delivery method was standard shipping, 7-12 business day. the order was on the 29 of july and the camera arrived the 5 of september. however although the expedition time was bigger that they promised, the package was perfectly built. first experience, i'll think about before to buy something else..
Very fast shipping and prices are fair and at times cheaper than other websites. Look out for the frequent discounts they post on their facebook page.
You can get extremely cheap product. I bought feiyutech wg2 for 195 usd, normally it was 260-270 usd in other websites.
Shipments have very fast process and shipment process and shipment time is very good. I mean in a week to europe.
On the otherhand, refund process is so slow i am waiting refund for a long time. We want online chat help system back
Do not buy from Tomtop! Tomtop stated a 5 to 21 business day delivery. After 25 business days (5 weeks) ordered item didn't arrive. Shipping link did not work. After four attempts to contact TOMTOP with no reply I entered a dispute with Paypal.
TOMTOP finally contacts me saying if I should contact their service department. Obviously my previous communications went ignored. Eventually TOMTOP admitted that the item was never sent in the first place! They went on to say that they would send it if I dropped the dispute. Yeah right. So all the shipping info was fake so why trust them. I did eventually get a refund via PayPal but suggest you buy from Banggood who have proven to be reliable and do not lie.
This store has very good prices and delivery very quickly. My experience with them has always been positive.

I hoped for a long-term cooperation, but I was disappointed in the store.
Some sort of bad delivery service is used, my product with proirity shipping can go 2 months. It's very bad.
And the store does not go online, nothing is going to do with it.
