Ordered a Leagoo-smartphone at an unbeatable price and everything was okay: excellent product, safe packing, acceptable shipping time, clear communication... absolutely to recommend, will buy again with pleasure.

My product never arrived. The response of support was "there's no tracking in the shipment, you must check on your postal office" This site sucks so much!

You could find some items that are hard to find in other ones. Average prices from others. Shipping time is good. Could be awesome if we can contact seller to solve issues with the products such as manual or instruction where there are no included in the package.

Is not a huge assortment, but i felt items are of decent quality and for an adequate price.
I will use this resource at first as a first try for online shopping.
Shipment were in time, and package were well packed and intact.
I am totally satisfied with experience with TomTop and will recommend this this site to my friends.

Been 3 weeks and they wont send my order they have my money and wont reply. Use other site like Banggood or Aliexpress much better than TOMTOP think they are scammer.

I have purchased 2 set of bite alarms and the bite alarms have no sound, promises was made but after 20 days no communication, I would never purchase from TOMTOP or online stores again.

Потеряли мою посылку и сменили статус на завершеный. На многочисленные письма не отвечали, ответили когда открыл спор в paypal, что якобы я все получил. Не рекомендую этот магазин, особенно дорогие товары, есть риск что просто потеряете деньги. Кешбек нужно ждать порядка 40 дней.
