The delivery times are looooooooong. But that may not be a problem. I feel safer buying in TomTop than in AliExpress, I don't know why. Before my order arrive I felt like I had made a mistake, but everything arrived nicely packed and, well, I have no complaints. The Customer Service is Ok, they reply moderately fast (days, not hours), but this is legit. No problems on my end. Be careful as always when buying from China, but I would say there is no real risk.

If you have a problem, however... I guess you would leave a negative review.

They offered me a money for positive feedback. I've received this email:

I have placed on order on 03/08/2017 and did an EFT for the goods. This order I was supposed to have received between 7/10 working days. Up till date the order has not come in. I have emailed support and requested feedback. These guys do not ever come back to you. Wholesale at Tomtop managed to back back to me requesting more info which sent. Now i am still waiting for their feedback. I think that this is a scam company and google should remove all of their products from being advertised on the net. Now i will have to find means of getting my money back. AN17H03E4544-1AISNB it is absolutely difficult to get feed back from *******@tomtop.com they just ignore the emails sent for queries. Still waiting for feedback to come from *******@tomtop.com.
Please let me know how to get my refund - an email address straight to your accounts that can assist would help.
I want what i paid for or a complete refund.

Ordered a lot of times, and were very satisfied with service quality and price of items, compared to others shop. Also fast shipping is a big plus. Would order again!

Вот такая игрушка поселилась у меня среди инструментов. Доставка до МО меньше 3 недель, что является очень хорошим показателем. Упаковка на высоте, всё пришло в целости и сохранности. Температуру набирает быстро. Есть информационное табло на котором показана температура. Температуру можно менять с шагом в 10 градусов от 160 до 650 градусов. В наборе шло 4 насадки. Нужной мне насадки для прутков не было. Но её можно докупить отдельно.
Если смотреть на соотношение цена-качество то качество очень даже хорошее.

I made a purchase on July 14,2017 (a mobile phone).
Tomtop sent me an email 3 days later indicating the tracking link (DHL).
Again 3 days later, on the tracking link, I check that the package is returned to TOMTOP for damage to the outer packaging.

TOMTOP does not get in touch with me or inform me of anything, so I demand it on August 4th.
After several days they respond that they will send the article again. This is the latest news from them. They never sent the article or returned the money.

Thanks to PAYPAL I was able to get my money back.

TOMTOP cheated on me twice and tried to steal my money.

Never more.

Now, TOMTOP responds to this review... instead of responding to the multiple communications I tried, I only have an answer when I put a negative note on this platform.
They are only interested in giving a good image to continue to deceive... a real pity.

I bought a Drone with Tomtop for 191.
This was delivered on time and looked new. But there were already batteries in the remote control. (Retoure?)
When I tested the Drone on the first day, several functions have not worked: The follow me, return to home and the failsafe mode.
The next day I wanted to test the drone again and then write Tomtop because of a change. But there the drone has flown away by itself. She no longer responded to the control, got up and flew away.
After my first mail to Tomtop I received as an answer: "I do not think it is smart for you to write to us."
I asked Tomtop for a new Drone without accessories and cardboard. But they called me stupid and said I lost the drone because of improper use. If I give them more money, they could send me a new one.
After long discusion, I would get a new one for $90. I have agreed and paid for it. Then I got the message from Tomtop again 60 to pay. That was not agreed and I declined.
To date, I have received no replacement or refund. Only shameful reply to my questions. I will give up the total of 250 for the drone with equipment. For me it´s lost. Because Tomtop makes me with his support only angry and disappointed. I am now waiting 18 days, have written over 15 emails and spoke with at least 3 people just at Tomtom but I was not helped. I will never order again with Tomtop and will also advise any of it.
I learned: Order from Tomtop = Your money is lost.

Answer to tomtop:
I dont miss a parcel. Do you read my review? I contact you more than 15 times via email and you dont help me.
