I had bought 4 products in the last 3 months. All of them was good packed and I received them in good condition. Prices was very low because all products I ordered as flash deals. Nevertheless products work very well. Delivery to Poland was usually after 2-3 weeks (super saver shipping).

I am forced to modify my opinion about TomTop. After writing my primary review, I ordered the next product. Now it is 4th month Im waiting for it. I tried contact TomTop, but my email remained with no answer. TomTop definitely isnt a customer oriented company. Prices here are good, but services below my expectation. Because I mistrust in this company, Im going to remove my account from this website. Be careful with your orders.

I have to say, at first I was wary of how things were going, as they asked me for some things. Eventually, I decided I would just roll with the punches and see where it would lead me. I have to say it's the first time I've ever imported something from China, so maybe that's why these informations were required in the first place.
Ordering from the website is super easy, the prices are very competitive, I was able to pay in my country's currency (so there were no taxes to convert the money), and in installments, which made my purchase even easier. After that, I had some e-mails coming from them which I thought were strange, but again, I decided to roll with it. I also ordered express shipping, and it did arrive so fast I was speechless. I picked up my product, a cellphone, and it was all handled very well by the company they chose to ship it (DHL). When I started using my cellphone, I was wary it wouldn't work and had some issues (before actually using it, but it's due to my countries regulations), so I contacted them again and they were super nice and worried that I had problems. When I was able to fully test my cellphone, there were no problems. It was very nice to see that they worried I had a nice experience, so I think, overall, it was a very pleasant experience for me.
Some friends told me as well that the information they asked for in the e-mails were completely normal, so now I know why as well and next time I am advised (and answer faster, so they can continue with my order as well!).

Hello All

Please please please do me and yourself a huge favor and never ever support these people.

I have ordered a $700 drone from them along with all the accessories etc which ended up costing me $900.

The drone was to be delivered 3 - 5 business days later.

25 business days later and 20 emails later I still had not received the drone.

They keep on sending back generic emails like "dont worry can you kindly just wait for it". They told me they do not know the name of the company in my country that needs to deliver the item so there is nothing they can do...

A month later I get a call from a local courier to check up if I received my drone.

It was lost in the mail. Took me almost TWO MONTHS to find this out.

Yet, even after telling Tomtop this they still keep sending generic emails like "The package will be delivered soon, please kindly just wait for it".

Even after they admitted to losing the drone they still send these BS emails!

I finally managed to get them to "process a refund" a month later, but they ended up just lying to me!

I have now waited two months for my refund and I still have not received anything.

They keep saying "we have processed your refund and you should have it in 7 days". They tell me this every week. But they just lie to you...

They have stolen $700 from me.

I am taking steps to sue them for damages. If anyone who reads this can help me sue them then please let me know!

I will now write a review like this on every pages of every review website every day of the week until I get my money back!

Good service, everything went well. Before buying I contacted with support to ask about their product. They answeared immediately. I am satisfied.

I just thought I will warn EVERYONE about this company. If you ever order from them, don't expect ANY kind of customer service. Hopefully if you're lucky your product won't have any issues, cause if it does, there almost no chance of you ever hearing from them again. I made an order over 20 days ago, it was supposedly "dispatched" 5 days later. I've not heard anything from them every since. They promised tracking number etc, I still haven't received any kind of tracking details. I contacted them several times and even did a live chat, which was basically an automated robot - no reply back. I would say AVOID this company at all cost, and only use them if there are no other place selling the same stuff. There are plenty of other better places to buy from like Ali-express who seems to respond immediately to customer queries. I just wish i never bought from them. Banggood also seems much better and quicker with delivery. I only gave them 2 stars because they were a few dollars cheaper, but it should be 1 star really just for their terrible customer service. I just hope my item will have no issues, cause I'm sure there's no chance in hell they will help to fix it or give refund. I would say again avoid this company unless you really have to, and if you do go with them, probably best not to buy anything expensive, cause if it's lost or broken you can forget about ever seeing your money again!
