Bought many items off this company from fishing reels to rc drones to spare parts all delivered on time as all great value. The tomtop team always reply to questions and answer all queries reccomend to all.
"Usually ships in 72 hours" = wait for two weeks and my phone was still processing, I give an email asking what's up since I paid for expedited shipping and 3 days later they say sorry something happened to the batch (phones) of products BUT if you wait 10 more days we should have a good batch in. Okay, if it said something on the product page that it might ship later, or somebody reached out after the order or a week or two and explained, maybe ok. But this phone is on pre-sale on other websites, and guess when the estimated new shipping time would be?. The same as the other sites - about a month after I made the order. Also why would you tell a customer that there was a defective batch of phones? Even if that was the truth - that makes me just not want to buy that phone.
For now both the service and products have been great.
I bought a microSD card size 64Gb for a very low price and it's very fast, hope to have same customer experiences in future.
