South Africa is big. My city is big. Tracking indicated - Note the fact that the parcel arrived on the 08th Sep. It is the 19th Sep. Nothing received yet. A Normal delivery via post takes 2 to 3 days. Not 11 days and still no parcel in sight. My experience with Tomtop was honestly un-pleasurable. I struggle with everything. Communication especially. I Potentially lost allot of money purchasing products through Tomtop. I am powerless as I can only work on poor feedback. My refund - No proof. My second parcel - no way of knowing where in South Africa is my product. It honestly feels that TOMTOP not putting in the afford to support me in closing out this concern. I am out of product and out of pocket.

I received my refund. My parcel is still outstanding.
I bought some offer.
For 9 days they did not answer any of my messages why my itme was not sent and still "on hold".
Finally they answered, told me the price has increased, and they ask for more money.
If I would not pay more, they would refund.
This is crazy and even illegal in Europe.
No refund yet.
Also:
Very poor communication.
Chat never worked.
Most messages unanswered.

Funny, how Tomtop is answering here within 1 day, but their support not answering for over 10 days to any e-mail or message.
Also, most of their 5* reviews look more like fake reviews or just ads.

Have ordered several products until now from TomTop and they arrived quite quickly (to Romania, aprox 2 weeks) and as promised. I did not have any issues with the items or the shop and I can recommend it.

My first order in Tomtop and I'm very satisfied buying from them. I bought Xiaomi powerbank ******* v2 for extremally low price 16,79 USD and everything was great. The processing time was quite fast, it took 4 days but the rest was good, delivery in about 3 weeks to Poland. Powerbank is original and works perfect. Good store, I will buy there in the future.

I ordered two things from Tomtop(over 250 USD), they never arrived and though I was refunded I was never given a working tracking number, IT WAS FAKE. After two months of them holding my money, I got refunded only after a thousand complaint messages! Now they are offering me 3 dollars to write a positive review! They are capitalizing on others money and not sending anything! Never trust this site.

Arrived after about 1 week.
Gimbal Cam was not working.
Contacted Tomtop, no reply.
Opened a Paypal case. Then, I have to send back on my costs to the warehouse germany, from where it came (good luck, not to CN!)
But didn't getg back the shipping cost, thanks paypal I gat them back.
But drone was back on Friday 08 Sept 2017 (DHL **************)
But until today, I don't have back my money.
I get newsletters, and they wish, to leave my review. So here we go.
Have to wait, till paypal has end its sleep and I get back my money.
That sucks, will never buy on Tomtop again.
I didn't believe other reviews and comments in the internet. A lesson learned.

This was not a packaging problem. The Gimbal cam had a melted servo and was complete not working. If you have time for writing here more lies, you could also press the buttons to do the refund! Or do you wish, we scam you?
