I orded a star projector, it took three months to arrive and when it did it needed to be completely assembled, including wiring. Once assembled the item did not work. The company ignore emails and PayPal's dispute 'service' will only give a refund if I return the item at my own cost. The return address is in China despite the website I brought the product from misleading me into thinking it was a UK site. The cost to return the item would be higher than it cost. This company are fraudsters who sell faulty and poor quality goods which don't work and then the buyer is unable to get a refund. AVOID!
I bought an item from Tomtop. I did not check it within the 30 days from guarantee return because I did not need it right away. Just assumed it was good. It did not work. They list a 6 month warranty and are not responding when I sent them a message about it. Who can I check with about internet fraud. Ebay and Paypal say their hands are tied because they can not make them honor the 6 month warranty.
I bought 2 soap dispensers from Tomtop. One was defective in that it had two obvious blemishes. Since it was intended as a gift, I returned it to Tomtop for a refund. To date, they have not issued the refund or reimbursed me for my return freight cost. They sent me an email which insisted there were no defects. Fortunately, I kept pictures showing the defects and am escalating to Rakuten which facilitated the purchase.
I bought once from ebay the seller tomtop. Mall and never again!
The item i received is defect and they will not give me a refund.

I'm never buying from this store again! Don't waste your money! I spoke with a person on the customer service chat and this person was very rude. Instead of checking on my order and tracking she told me to try back later because that person was going on break! I mean really?! Why in the world are you checking messages then? It's very fishy! Obviously customers aren't important! I had to contact them the next day to see if by any chance they could finally check on my order! They were able to trace it but I will never trust or shop at this awful company again! There are WAY better sites out there to shop on and this one was NOT one of them! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!
Bought a battery charger on 12.07.2014. Over eBay from their seller named ttmallzone365. They are stalling me with delivery since then.
First they said item is stopped on my customs office for a check - I contacted customs office - there was no shipment.
I was so naive to request them to resend item again instead of refund.
In the meanwhile eBay Money back guarantee period is out. It's been more than 3 months since the transaction - item is not delivered - basically THEY STOLE 30$ from me.
TOMTOP is ignoring any type of communication, eBay message and direct email (did not try to call them because I don't think it's even a real phone number).
THIS WAS A WORST TRANSACTION EVER!
Hope in future there will be a global law against these kind of fraud/stealing/cheating companies to protect small buyers.

I bought through Ebay tablet from them, with many good features. The very first week began to block and not functioning properly. I told them the problem and they sent me here to service. Several times I wore repair but you can not fix it. So it's been two months, got my money and I stopped responding. After two months I was able to contact them through their Sait http://www.tomtop.com/. We agreed to give it back for repair and return it to me or replaced with a new one. Korespondentsiv followed about a month, finally promised to give it back, but I lied again hid and wrote to me again. Do not shop from them, do not carry the guarantees given false promises to deceive you.
Ordered illuminated glasses. Mercifully, not a great cost. Never received... do not respond to any emails.

Well, I ordered a super cheap blouse at ebay, and later I checked them to see if they're good. So when I read these comments I started to panic, but believe it or not, I found it this morning in my mailbox, easy packed but the right product in the right size etc. so they did a great job and I think I would buy again at tom top! I live in w-Europe and it took 1,5 week to be delivered at my house!

I ordered a 360 controller wireless receiver for my pc. Arrived on time. Little to no packaging or instructions. Doesn't even have a Tom Top name on it. Installation was difficult, I would have had a lot of trouble with it if i weren't so adept with computers. I've only had it for 2 days so I don't know about longevity of the device. BUUUUUUUUUT... it works just fine and it was cheaper.
Did order wind speed meter. They promising 45 days Money Back if item not arrive. It is fake. I did complain, they just play with time. Now 2 months past. I have no money (still awaiting paypal) no item and no answer. Be careful they selling on e-bay under different accounts so rip-off and play with time until is too late for claim is the way tomtop.com making profit.
Tomtop have several eBay stores all of which will ripp you off. If you have a problem with any of their stores, go straight to dispute resolution. Do not trust any of their promises to refund or resend, THEY ARE ONLY STALLING FOR TIME until its too late to make a claim.
Bought a projector light thru ebay from Toptop, a special cable is fault and loose all the time, needed fixing it in a certain position before it; ll turn on. Seller promised to ship a replacement cable, after wait for 6 weeks, nothing, so they said they'll send another one. Another month passed, still got nothing, and started back and forth with seller and keep asking us to wait and it's custom's problem like I've never bought from China before. They keep dragging until is over the 90-day ebay period that I can non longer give negative feedback, and guess what, all of a sudden they stop responding. DO NOT BUY from Tomtop, they are dishonest and full of lies.
I purchased a AC Power Adapter Charger for 15" 17" Apple MacBook from tomtop, All good, as described, would happily purchase from this seller again.
I bought a charger from tomtop on 3/15/2013, it is DOA, and I contact with seller on 4/23/2013, They refunded my money because I was told it was over than 30 days I didn't receive. I think tomtop's service is good and honest. I will buy from them again.
However, their shipping need be improved.
I bought a tablet, April 2013, it took ages to arrive, and when it did it was not working, it would not charge, It looks like it has been sent out many times by the looks of the seriously scratched protective screen cover, and well marked rear of the tablet. I tries to contact the supplier TOMTOP, but after several attempts, they did NOT respond, hence my complaint here. So Beware this seller!
I bought a tablet from TomTop. When received the Wifi did not work. TomTop refused to take the item back to the US warehouse and gave me a dodgy address in China (that I afterwards found differed from TomTop's registered business address). After 2 months, they still refused having received the delivery.
Their online product reviews are censored if not positive, and some are simply "manufactured" (review copies with reviewer's name changed to elevate the average rating).
They are big on the net (Ebay, Alibaba,,,) with competitive prices and free worldwide delivery. A great scam that cost me $100.

Answer: Simple answer is NO they will not refund your purchase. Doesn't matter what the reason is. Best bet is to go through your Credit Card if you can - I'm assuming you haven't purchased item yet. My story a while back is... I made a $5 purchase for a tackle box from TOMTOP through eBay. TOMTOP seems like they have several accounts under eBay. I have made a total of two purchases under their different accounts. Both items were for a tackle box. The first purchase was never received and waited 2 or 3 months (I can’t recall) for it to arrive as they described in the listing. TOMTOP’s customer service is excellent when they are selling or in the process of selling you an item. The problem starts when you have to make a claim or return an item. Well they kindly assured me to wait all the way until eBay’s money back guarantee was gone (I think this is within 30 days). I could’ve gone through my credit card for refund but since this was only $5 it was not worth it. Writing the bad review here was fulfilling to me. The second time I bought the tackle box from TOMTOP through eBay arrived quickly this time. The only difference was that they were under different Ebay account holders. I would have liked to leave them bad feedback but didn’t since I did receive the tackle box. Now why did I purchase from them the second time? It was because I didn’t expect to receive it and wanted to go through eBay for the money back and leave the bad feedback……………. Moral of story…. Don’t purchase from TOMTOP unless you can eat the loss.

Answer: Smart buyers who don't know about TomTop will read the 1-star reviess. Shipping from TomTop is rather quick -- in my case it was only 8 days. What takes so much time is getting your defective product replaced or getting your money back -- in my case it was over 13 weeks. Good Luck.
Answer: Smart buyers who don't know about TomTop will read the 1-star reviews. It is no accident TomTop has so many: these are real customers with problem experiences. TomTop, like most Chinese sellers, pay customers to post good reviews of their products and many have employees who post positive reviews as well. If you buy from TomTop, chances are very good you will be writing another one of those 1-star reviews three or four months from now.

Answer: Please, please, please start the complaints procedure now. Do not wait any longer, they lie and you will lose your money. They buy time and make phoney excuses. Read the good reviews of Tomtop again - you will spot similarities in the poor gramma and spelling - THEY ARE FAKE and planted reviews by Tomtop to offset the genuine complaints. DO NOT USE TOMTOP.
