First found Tomtop in early 2013 and as with all sites that appeared from the China and Japan regions i did a cheap order just to see if it was a scam or not.
My order came pretty fast to the UK compared to a lot of international purchases via ebay/amazon etc and the item was well packed and of good quality. Since i have ordered quite a lot of items (elec, clothing etc) off them at great prices and they have all turned up in perfect condition and in good time.
There is currently a massive flood of stores like Tomtop appearing the internet and you hear so many bad stories of loss of money, bad service, scammers etc
But i 100% trust Tomtop to deliver and they always have.
I cannot comment on their customer services as have never been given a reason to do so, but i expect it to be as good as the rest of their service :)

My company did extensive research looking for a good, reliable, easy to work with, drop shipper and we found TomTop. We have been in the drop shipping business for over two years and this is one of the most difficult aspects of the business, in our opinion, and TomTop was truly a blessing and is a blessing to our company! I ordered a 10 inch hoverboard on 11/01/15 and it still says payment processing is there anyway i can know when it will be shipped and at my address... i need it before christmas its for my daughter i live in the united states and i used dhl can iget a refund
Horrible customer service over 35 attempts to resolved shipping errors and faulty products... luckily i paid thru paypal and now going to have to report and refund my order. Not recommended poorest service i have ever seen in my life
Only bought one item from them, it had already been opened and was obviously not designed for the purpose advertised (12v car adaptor that didn't come close to fitting in the 12v socket), they offered a very low partial refund, I refused, they offered more, I refused, they offered more at which point I accepted after reading a large number of other reviews detailing situations similar to mine, they still only offered roughly 20% of what I had paid in the first place.

Bought a mouse in Jan 15, nothing arrived, asked if it will ever arrive, tomtop then went on an email merry go ride, back and forward with order numbers etc, until eventually they wanted photos?
Photos of what? Needless to say, avoid tomtop.
