I AM VERY UN HAPPY WITH THE LACK OF SERVISE AND COMMUNICATION THIS COMPANY HAS, THEY ARE A FRAUD IN MY EYES AND I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGIAN. I ORDERED 2 HOVERBOARDS ON DEC 15, WAS TOLD I WOULD GET THEM BY X-MAS THEY TOOK MY PAYMENT INSTINTLY BUT SINCE THEN IT KEEPS SAYING PROCESSING. PAYPAL IS NO HELP EAITHER FOR THEM TO BACK THIS COMPANY THE WAY THEY DO BUT REFUSE TO HELP THE MANY ANGRY CUSTOMERS THAT HAS COMPLAINED TO THEM IT A SHAME AND IF THESE ARE THE TYPES OF COMPANYS THEY SUPPORT I WILL NEVER USE THEM EAITHER.IT WILL BE 30 DAYS ON THE 15TH I CAN NOT GET ANYONE TO RESPOND TO THE MANY EMAILS I HAVE SENT TO TOMTOP AND THE WEB SITE AINT TO HELPFUL EAITHER. KNOWING THIS I CAN IMAGINE HOW MUCH HELL I AM GOING TO HAVE TRYING TO GET MY MONEY BACK THEY NEED TO BE SUED AND REPORTED TO THE BBB WE NEED TO BRING SOME HEAT TO THIS COMPANY
We never received the Hoverboard we ordered November 30th. Terrible customer service and I do not recommend you order anything from them. They are not refunding my money which I have requested several times. We have issued a dispute against Tomtop with Paypal.
I'd give these people a zero if it was an option. My experience has been horrible. I ordered my daughters hoverboard (pretty much the only gift she wanted for Christmas) on 12/10/15. My payment was taken that day. Every time I check the tracking number it shows label created & waiting for pick up. I have gotten a few emails from them, claiming that they cannot cancel my order & reimburse me. They said I'd have to wait until I receive the package, reject it then wait until they receive it back for me to get a refund. This is such crap! I will never order anything from them again & will advise anyone to think twice before ordering from this place.
Seems like unless you ordered a hover board from these people they are great. Unfortunately I did order a hover board and I'm trying to be patient. It's been a month and I did receive one email from them but nothing since. Sounds like they put themselves in a precarious position with the hover board craze. My concern is that they have the item marked as a completed transaction when I have nothing in hand. I'd say at this point I am disappointed in the company and probably will not do any further business with them.
I purchased my kids toys a week before christmas. Its now January and they haven't showed up, the company will not return my e-mails, the web site does not work and there is no other way to get ahold of anyone. This sucks
Whatever you do... do NOT order from this company! I ordered a Hoverboard on December 1st... my credit card was charged that day... was told it would be here by Christmas... It is now January 4th... I do not have the item and cannot get anyone to response to my numerous emails. The site does not even show my tracking number anymore... so basically, it is showing that I have not even placed an order... but my credit card has not been credited back the money they charged to it!
I ordered from this site for my daughters Christmas presient. They sent a fake tracking number and they don't have a costumer service line if you need to speak with them. They took double shipping expenses and didn't ever send me my daughters hoverboard. What ever you do don't order off this site.
This company is awful ruining kids Christmas dreams and hopes. I hope the person who made it and everyone associated with them all have a long suffering miserable life death would be to nice.
I bought 5 phones and all I got is some cheap body creams.

Paypal did an investigation on my claim after I didn't receive my item on time. They uncovered that this is a fake company and I got my money back ONLY because I used PayPal (love me some PayPal.)
Well I have to say your prices are good but waiting for 3 hoverboards and numerous emails for a month finally I receive them a little late as Christmas gifts for my kids... Since I had very bad customer service to respond to my emails I will never order from Tomtop again..
I ordered (Nov 22nd) 2 Hoverboard for my daughters and I became concerned after I received the bags but no boards. I had to communicate with them a few times and finally realized the site they sent me did not work on my phone. I had to find out the company (my case was FedEx) and use it to track my item. It arrived on December 23rd I think because of customs checks and coming from China. I gave 3 stars because the remote did not come with the board and the communication delays. My girls love the boards and do not know the stress I allowed myself to endure with concerns about the delivery. I just had to realize ordering outside the US and things occurring nationwide regarding threats to security things will take longer to arrive.

I spent over $1000 with Tom Top on Hoverboards on 11. 24. 15. They have shipped only 2 of the 3 boards I ordered and now they have not responded to me since December 18th and they keep giving me a Fed Ex tracking # that is a shipping label only... NO PRODUCT has been delivered and NO RESPONSE to my many inquiries. Disappointed son today! Better get this resolved.
I ordered an item on 11/30/15 it is Christmas day and no package... no response from their "Support" site... NOTHING!

I bought A KKMOON Camera from this supplier, unfortunatly there was an issue from day one with this camera. The Camera advertised to support motion detection and e-mail Alert, it did neither. When I complained to TmTop he offered me $ 3 rebate that eventually went up to $ 10. I was silly enough to accept this compensation for what I found to be a useless camera that stopped completely working after about two months. Called KKMOON several times and left messages, nobody ever returned my call. When I complained to Paypal, I found how useless their guarantee of satisfaction is. Since I accepted their $ 10 rebate, now I am out of luck and their nothing they would do.
So be aware of Tom Top tricks, if you are not satisfied to never accept any partial rebate.
It is xmas day and I'm very disappointed i bought a hovard board for my dauther from top Tom I ordered black and they shipped a red one I don't think that is right i will never buy nothing from them again
Tonight is Christmas Eve. I ordered a Hoverboard for my son on November 30th, the one and only gift he asked for on Christmas. Tomtop took my money the day I ordered and I sit here tonight with NO HOVERBOARD and no money that I paid for the Hoverboard. No response from the company for 7 days. I filed a complaint with PayPal and they responded on the same day that it had shipped. When I follow the tracking number it's apparently sitting in California waiting for transport. I'm still out the money and thankfully realized that I better get off my butt and get him another gift from Santa because this wasn't going to come. Tomtop are crooks! Don't order from them! They'll break your kiddo's hearts and steal your money!

Answer: Simple answer is NO they will not refund your purchase. Doesn't matter what the reason is. Best bet is to go through your Credit Card if you can - I'm assuming you haven't purchased item yet. My story a while back is... I made a $5 purchase for a tackle box from TOMTOP through eBay. TOMTOP seems like they have several accounts under eBay. I have made a total of two purchases under their different accounts. Both items were for a tackle box. The first purchase was never received and waited 2 or 3 months (I can’t recall) for it to arrive as they described in the listing. TOMTOP’s customer service is excellent when they are selling or in the process of selling you an item. The problem starts when you have to make a claim or return an item. Well they kindly assured me to wait all the way until eBay’s money back guarantee was gone (I think this is within 30 days). I could’ve gone through my credit card for refund but since this was only $5 it was not worth it. Writing the bad review here was fulfilling to me. The second time I bought the tackle box from TOMTOP through eBay arrived quickly this time. The only difference was that they were under different Ebay account holders. I would have liked to leave them bad feedback but didn’t since I did receive the tackle box. Now why did I purchase from them the second time? It was because I didn’t expect to receive it and wanted to go through eBay for the money back and leave the bad feedback……………. Moral of story…. Don’t purchase from TOMTOP unless you can eat the loss.

Answer: Smart buyers who don't know about TomTop will read the 1-star reviess. Shipping from TomTop is rather quick -- in my case it was only 8 days. What takes so much time is getting your defective product replaced or getting your money back -- in my case it was over 13 weeks. Good Luck.

TomTop, like most Chinese sellers, pay customers to post good reviews of their products and many have employees who post positive reviews as well. If you buy from TomTop, chances are very good you will be writing another one of those 1-star reviews three or four months from now.

Answer: Please, please, please start the complaints procedure now. Do not wait any longer, they lie and you will lose your money. They buy time and make phoney excuses. Read the good reviews of Tomtop again - you will spot similarities in the poor gramma and spelling - THEY ARE FAKE and planted reviews by Tomtop to offset the genuine complaints. DO NOT USE TOMTOP.
