1Z07W12A*******435, placed the order on November 30,2015, they claimed that they shipped on December 12,2015. Feel free to check tracking number. It's now February 18,2016. Still no movement. Thanks to PayPal I have been refunded. Emails from Tomtop take a few days but always bs excuse on why I didn't receive item yet.
Order an Item from website Tomtop. Delivery time was estimated at 7 to 10 business days. Item never delivered and refund never received. I emailed TomTop and they apologize and agreed via email to refund my money. I follow-up with them several time since 11/22/2015 and have yet to receive a response. On 01/13/2016 TomTop advised that something was wrong with their paypal account *******@tomtop.com and could not issue a refund now. The email suggest that I open a paypal dispute in order to receive my refund, which I did and as of 02/03/2016 paypal closed dispute as unresolved. I still have not received my refund.

Their site claims shipping after 3 to 4 days after receiving payment when it should say 3 to 4 weeks. I still haven't received my shipment tracking information 48 hrs after I was told that it'll be shipped out in 24 hours, meaning they still haven't shipped it yet and it being 2 weeks since placing and paying in full for my purchase.

Brought a electronic drum tuner. Device battery (which is sealed within the device and inaccessible) does not charge. They said I should try get it fixed at a repair shop! Ask for refund, which is just under 70 pound. They offered me a tenner! It's really a awful seller and I'm still awaiting the outcome.
I made a purchase from their website some 25 days ago and still have NOT received my purchase or a refund (todays date 4/2/2016). I have exchanged some 28 emails and have heard every excuse why they have NOT authorised Paypal to make the refund. I paid an additional $27.10 for a DHL Courier which appears did not make a difference or expedite the Delivery to Australia. They assured me the order has been cancelled but not according to their website. I am not sure what they are doing, lucky i paid with Paypal now i can put a claim in and let Paypal get my moneyback...
NEVER deal with this mob again!

TOMTOP TECHNOLOGY LIMITED (tomtop.com) eBay ID: antiquechina2009 is a scam. Their products are all junks and they know it. Avoid buying from them at all cost.
I bought 22 LED light bulbs from eBay (ID: antiquechina2009) and paid around £45 with PayPal on November, got them after a month right before Christmas and they all stopped working in less than a month.
EBay wont open a RETURN dispute for not as described items that has been used after 30 days from the date of purchase and PayPal after 45 days. They say this is not our matter anymore as its the matter of warranty. Police only chase cases on Europe only, so you have nowhere to go.
So avoid buying items from china sellers on eBay or anywhere as you would not be able to get your money back for defected/broken items.
I am back using my old LED bulbs which is not as bright :( but at least working
Horrible company... I ordered my item December 12,2015 and never got a confirmation email from them, although I paid for it via Paypal. One month later, after having sent several emails to them, as well as having left many messages in their "live chat box" (there was never anybody there to react to any of my chats, every time there only popped up a message in the opened window, posting that nobody was there and that I could leave a message -which I did over and over - and they would respond asap via my email) I opend a dispute via Paypal. One week after that, I received my item...! Almost 6 weeks after ordering it. Without any explanation and not one email to me. Never again!

China famous cunning. Alert your credit card is stolen without your knowledge and data pay, their store credit card data in the database in use for personal purposes. I have traced it all through TOMTOP database. You better buy in the official online stores such as Amazon and ebay.

I have ordered a hoverboard for Christmas on December 12. It hasn't arrived yet and it is January 30. That is basically 2 months and still no answer or email response to the company. Don't lose your money from this company.
They are the worst company ever! I placed my order on Dec 9th 2015 and it is now Jan 26th 2016 and I have not gotten my package yet. I have contacted them several times and they tell me to be patient and wait 5-7 more days. The FedEx tracking number TomTop gave me only says label created but when I reached out to FedEx they say they do not have the physical package and to contact the seller. When I still don't get my package I email back saying I don't have my package and again they tell me to be patient and wait TWO MORE WEEKS! They say customs is difficult to get through. I have told them to cancel my order THREE TIMES and they have not responded. I have filed a dispute with PayPal so I can get my money back. TomTOP is terrible to deal with and they don't give you what you paid for. STAY AWAY!

Most of the complaints I have read have to do with hoverboards. Considering the new regulations of hoverboards on aircrafts, and customs dealing with large lithium based batteries, I think people should be complaining to US customs or the FAA. I received my xDuoo x3 DAP in 10 days. Far sooner than I expected. Great price, great delievery time considering its origin destination. Will do business with tomtop again.
Ordered a violin bow and received an empty tube. Pay Pal said to send it back. I would of but that would of reduced me to the pond scum that TOM TOP is all about DO NOT GET SCAMMED BY THIS COMPANY.
I ordered a birthday gift for my son on 11/23/15. His birthday was 12/18. I NEVER received the merchandise. After 2 emails of them telling me to be patient & bogus tracking info I didn't receive the merchandise. Thankfully, I paid with PayPal and they refunded my money. Would never order from them again!

NEVER buy from TomTop I ordered merchandise in November 2015 and I still have NOT received anything! They charged my card right away and did NOT ship the merchandise. AFTER a month I had to get ahold of them because I never received my merchandise they had EVERY excuse and didnt even have a tracking number. I was told it was shipped on December 11,2015 and it is January 19,2016 and I still have not received ANYTHING and they still can not provide me with a tracking number or information on my merchandise! WORST COMPANY EVER! LOOKS LIKE I will be taking them to court now. I work in the shipping industry and they are LYING! DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER BUYING ANYTHING FROM TOMTOP. I ordered a Hoverboard on Dec 5 for Xmas, and it still has not arrived. They immediately took my money and there is no tracking information at all on the item on their site, nor any indication it has shipped. They are not responding to any of my emails, and there is not way to contact them by phone unless you call China directly. HUGE SCAM SHOP, STAY AWAY! THIEVES!
This company promised the item I ordered on December 7 withing 5-7 days. I never received the item and they lied about the tracking information. I never got the item as of 1/17/16 and they are not responding to my emails, Paypal or my bank. Beware buyer.
I have purchased inexpensive submersible led flashlights and they have the best price, 2-3 week form china is not that bad.

My story a while back is... I made a $5 purchase for a tackle box from TOMTOP through eBay. TOMTOP seems like they have several accounts under eBay. I have made a total of two purchases under their different accounts. Both items were for a tackle box. The first purchase was never received and waited 2 or 3 months (I can’t recall) for it to arrive as they described in the listing. TOMTOP’s customer service is excellent when they are selling or in the process of selling you an item. The problem starts when you have to make a claim or return an item. Well they kindly assured me to wait all the way until eBay’s money back guarantee was gone (I think this is within 30 days). I could’ve gone through my credit card for refund but since this was only $5 it was not worth it. Writing the bad review here was fulfilling to me. The second time I bought the tackle box from TOMTOP through eBay arrived quickly this time. The only difference was that they were under different Ebay account holders. I would have liked to leave them bad feedback but didn’t since I did receive the tackle box. Now why did I purchase from them the second time? It was because I didn’t expect to receive it and wanted to go through eBay for the money back and leave the bad feedback……………. Moral of story…. Don’t purchase from TOMTOP unless you can eat the loss.
