I made a purchase on the 14th February. It took them nearly 3 weeks to send the item. 2nd March 2016.
Requested tracking number as I am in Australia. Took over 1 week to provide this. Item is stuck somewhere in China. So as of today 25th March, item still hasnt been received.
Complained to them, and was advised via email, that a 2nd item would be shipped (via sea mail) which rang alarm bells for me.
Asked again for the tracking number for the 2nd item, couldnt provide. Told me that once it hits Australia I will receive the tracking number. They admitted today in an email that the 2nd item has never been sent.
Basically, item has never been received, however the good news is that I paid via paypal and they have returned my funds.
My only dilemma is that they seem to be only supplier of the item that I want.
Think twice about purchasing from them.
I have a video blog on Youtube and use this camera, along with 3 others (including a go pro). This one took the best shots, mounted on a rail AND the battery lasted longer than all the others. I'm happy! Shipping was less than 2 weeks from China..
I made a purchase from this Company over a month ago as of today they still haven't sent my item out yet over 2, wks ago they said it will arrive next few days they lied to me as that was a lg mistake there tramps & thiefs lucky i used my Paypal account to pay for the item i had to file a claim they gave me no other other choice to bad there not a local Company i would love to go collect the money they had stolen from me myself this Company needs to be shut down out of bussines

I made an order with these people, they said the item was out of stock and would take "some time" to get new stock, yet on the tomtop website it was in stock... they have no intention of helping me out or providing any level of customer service, I've had to report them to paypal to get my money back... I wouldn't recommend anyone using them!
I placed an order, the shipping cost was calculated and I paid 40 USD using PayPal.
Five days later they contacted me to ask almost an 30 USD more in shipping cost because they later discovered that my address is a "remote destination". I opted for cancelling my order and having a refund which they accepted. After a couple of weeks and a few emails sent, there was still no refund and no reply from them. Had to open a dispute in PalPal in order to get my money back almost a month after they received my payment. In business term this is called "Free Financing". Shame on them:-(

I ordered a hoverboard as a gift for Christmas on Nov 20th. According to their site I should have received it in plenty of time. Item was not delivered and I requested a cancelation and purchased the item at a local retailer in order to have by Christmas.
Purchase was never canceled and on Dec 28th they shipped the hoverboard. I sent an email to "Sophie" explaining the problem and requested a RTN (return authorization number) so I could return the hoverboard. After a month and a half I received a response asking why I wanted to return, after responding another two weeks waiting, finally the RTN was provided. I had to pay 65.00 to ship the hoverboard back and now I wait still not receiving a refund.
I spend 265.00 for the board, 65.00 to return and no reply.

When your item arrives broken or faulty it will take you months to get a refund or even a reply from Tomtop. But you will get spammed almost daily for ever. Does not matter if you click unsubscribe, you will still be spammed.

My order from Tomtop was charged through Paypal to my CC.
After 10 days trying to comunicate with Tomtop via email ( 5 emails unanswered) regarding the invoice and the delay in shipment, I didnt receive a answer. The product is still on Hold.
Alredy asked Paypal to refund my money after a dispute.
Ill see what happens.

Purchased item thru paypal that was cancelled because they wanted more money from me after check out. Was told by TOMTOP to cancel my dispute with them thru paypal so I can get my refund. WRONG you don't do that or you may never get a refund. 1 Month won dispute thru paypal. SCAMMERS BE AWARE
I bought a webcam from TomTop and it did not work properly so I claimed a replacement and/or a refund. They promised me that a replacement has been sent but never arrived. Then they promised me a refund but again the refund never came either. TomTop dragged the time to the extent that I could not claim from Ebay as time lapse and so now I ended up with a faulty Webcam. So be careful when you buy from TomTop unless you want to risk your money as the company has no after sales service.
Guess what, Tomtom urges his customers to write payed reviews. They promise money in exchange of favorable reviews. So you should better disregard the reviews favorable to TomTop. Those are not real, just payed commercials.
Anyway they do not load the accounts with promised money and their so good support do not answer to any email about this either.
I ordered this for my wife for Valentines Day, everything was great except I paid for express shipping via DHL which stated Guaranteed delivery in 7 to 10 business days and I never received my item until 18 Business Days and was refused a discount on my shipping.
I've bought many products from Tomtop. They send it very fast and it was exactly what I expected for.

My story a while back is... I made a $5 purchase for a tackle box from TOMTOP through eBay. TOMTOP seems like they have several accounts under eBay. I have made a total of two purchases under their different accounts. Both items were for a tackle box. The first purchase was never received and waited 2 or 3 months (I can’t recall) for it to arrive as they described in the listing. TOMTOP’s customer service is excellent when they are selling or in the process of selling you an item. The problem starts when you have to make a claim or return an item. Well they kindly assured me to wait all the way until eBay’s money back guarantee was gone (I think this is within 30 days). I could’ve gone through my credit card for refund but since this was only $5 it was not worth it. Writing the bad review here was fulfilling to me. The second time I bought the tackle box from TOMTOP through eBay arrived quickly this time. The only difference was that they were under different Ebay account holders. I would have liked to leave them bad feedback but didn’t since I did receive the tackle box. Now why did I purchase from them the second time? It was because I didn’t expect to receive it and wanted to go through eBay for the money back and leave the bad feedback……………. Moral of story…. Don’t purchase from TOMTOP unless you can eat the loss.

Answer: Smart buyers who don't know about TomTop will read the 1-star reviess. Shipping from TomTop is rather quick -- in my case it was only 8 days. What takes so much time is getting your defective product replaced or getting your money back -- in my case it was over 13 weeks. Good Luck.

TomTop, like most Chinese sellers, pay customers to post good reviews of their products and many have employees who post positive reviews as well. If you buy from TomTop, chances are very good you will be writing another one of those 1-star reviews three or four months from now.

Answer: Please, please, please start the complaints procedure now. Do not wait any longer, they lie and you will lose your money. They buy time and make phoney excuses. Read the good reviews of Tomtop again - you will spot similarities in the poor gramma and spelling - THEY ARE FAKE and planted reviews by Tomtop to offset the genuine complaints. DO NOT USE TOMTOP.
