I have purchased 3 RC Helicopters from your affiliates. So far a V913 was lost in shipping. My Walkera Master CP arrived but inspite of replacing all 3 servos and receiver it has never flown, it only flipped over and broke swashplate, canopy and various other parts. Ordered another V913 and it's overdue and so far I received 2 different tracking number Fedex and Yuntrack. Yuntrack says it's in Cinncinati and Anchorage. One thing for sure, it's not here! I ordered heli parts from Helipal in China 1 day after I ordered from you and received them 2 days ago. What's the problem?
They sell Chinese knock-offs of anything you can think of. I ordered a real nice looking automatic winding watch and it stopped working after a couple od weeks.

Purchased a projector in December. It was advertised as being functional for either ceiling mounting or table-top use. Turns out table-top use was not viable, so I needed to return it. The company is based in China; phone calls are not answered, and emails are not returned promptly (and sometimes not at all). It took me until the end of April and 18 emails to get finally get refunded (not to mention that it cost $85 to return the projector- seriously).

I purchased ZUK Z1 Smartphone from Tomtop ebay store (tomtop.usa). The description said that the smartphone has 2 years warranty.
After 4 months of use the fingerprint scanner of the phone stopped working. I contacted the manufacturer and he told me to contact the reseller.
So I contacted Tomtop. They apologized about that and told me to send it back to them and they will replace it with a new one or they will refund me.
I sent the smartphone to the address they gave me and they received it. Here is the tracking number: RE*******GR
From that day I sent them 7 messages to inform me about the current status of the replacement / refund but they did not answer me. Then I contacted ebay support. They told me that they will try to contact them.
After that I received a message from Tomtop claiming they didn't receive the smartphone. I sent them the tracking number to prove that they have receive it but I never get a reply. It seems that they have blocked me.
When I try to buy anything from Toptom I received the following message: The seller isn't accepting bids or offers from you.
After that I did a google search tomtop.com scam and there was a lot of people complaining about them.
Now I understand that I have lost my phone and I am really sad about that. That is why I share my experience with you. I want to protect other people from facing the same situation. Please stay away from Tomtop. There are other stores to buy ZUK phones.
P.S. I told my story to some friends and they will try to help me. They bought some cheap items from ebay tomtop store to give them a negative feedback. They said that this is only way to press them to give my phone back.

I saw your add on facebook and I like the mirror camera but when I went to your site different camera then what was shown and the price was different. When I by on line I want to by the product that I am looking at, what I saw was not the same nor was the price.

My story a while back is... I made a $5 purchase for a tackle box from TOMTOP through eBay. TOMTOP seems like they have several accounts under eBay. I have made a total of two purchases under their different accounts. Both items were for a tackle box. The first purchase was never received and waited 2 or 3 months (I can’t recall) for it to arrive as they described in the listing. TOMTOP’s customer service is excellent when they are selling or in the process of selling you an item. The problem starts when you have to make a claim or return an item. Well they kindly assured me to wait all the way until eBay’s money back guarantee was gone (I think this is within 30 days). I could’ve gone through my credit card for refund but since this was only $5 it was not worth it. Writing the bad review here was fulfilling to me. The second time I bought the tackle box from TOMTOP through eBay arrived quickly this time. The only difference was that they were under different Ebay account holders. I would have liked to leave them bad feedback but didn’t since I did receive the tackle box. Now why did I purchase from them the second time? It was because I didn’t expect to receive it and wanted to go through eBay for the money back and leave the bad feedback……………. Moral of story…. Don’t purchase from TOMTOP unless you can eat the loss.
