I ordered a KKMOON sat-nav from them. It arrived, but the box was damaged. Luckily, the packing saved the device, so it worked. HOWEVER, when I went to update it before using it at naviextras.com, I found the site does NOT support the KKMOON device, so the 'free map updates for life' they say you get is a LIE! When I contacted them about this, they just wriggled and eventually said I had to return it in the original packaging, and I HAD TO PAY RETURN POSTAGE (why, it's their lie, not mine), AND they say they would return my money or replace the unit (I don't want it if it doesn't update), but if you read other reviews, people never seem to get their money back. STAY AWAY - USE ANOTHER COMPANY, these are just crooks.
Ordered a hoverboard dec 9 2015, never shipped, no refund as of 7/13/16. They said it was held in customs and 265.99 would be refunded. They are liars and thieves. Now they say they will refund $200 but guess what? 2 weeks later and I have not seen a dime. I really do not like thieves. Tom top defines dishonesty

This company seems to be a scam. Placed order, took a week to supposedly ship and now their website says the watch was delivered. I do not have it and there is no way to contact the company. Their "live" chat is never on line and I sent 3 e-mail messages and never received a response. I am going to report a fraudulent transaction to my credit card company. STAY CLEAR OF THIS BUSINESS. THEY DO NOT DELIVER AND DON'T CARE!

I purchaseed a fpv camera, it did not work I asked to return for a new one. They asked for video of non working cam? How do you take video of a non working cam, it's impossible and they know this. So I took video of a camera sitting on my bench and they still will not replace it. I work to hard for my money please beware.

I purchased 3 quantity HD rear mirror camera. In One week No e-mail about confirmation. After I e-mail them And next day they replied with payment received confirmation only. I e-mail them back for shipping conf. After 3 days. Another week they replied. They excused why being so late because item are out of stock Due tO hot sale and they ship already the item with a kind of fishy tracking confirmation in chinese. I mean seriously! First Of all I Trust them because Of Such a nice atracting website. After all they sell out of stock item without notification oN their website. I Will never accepting The item if really they delivered. Because I saw alot of bad reviews about TOMTOP. Most similar problem. They delay The Shipping until Customer upset And finally they delivered after weeks. When Customer accepted The item is defected Or missing parts. They sent me a bogus tracking info that even showed it was undeliverable to my address and returned to sender, I talked to the mail carrier who handles my area, and they said they of course know me and my address.
So I go to customer care and they claim to have sent me a new one, but... it never came. So I basically was scammed, ripped off.

I received a phishing email from what is supposed to be these folks stating that I'd ordered a $450+ camera and was shipping it to a person in California. It asks for you to confirm your identity, which I dids not - and implied the purchase had been made via Paypal. I contacted Paypal and attempted to contact these folks. There is NO live customer service at all, only email contact, which for my part, I find suspect. Also it originates from outside the US - possibly China. I would not recommend dealing with these folks at all! I have emailed them and will update when I have some kind of response.

Answer: Do not do business with Tom top. Stole $350 FROM ME! Failed to fulfill order and string you along with lies and fake shipping labels.

My story a while back is... I made a $5 purchase for a tackle box from TOMTOP through eBay. TOMTOP seems like they have several accounts under eBay. I have made a total of two purchases under their different accounts. Both items were for a tackle box. The first purchase was never received and waited 2 or 3 months (I can’t recall) for it to arrive as they described in the listing. TOMTOP’s customer service is excellent when they are selling or in the process of selling you an item. The problem starts when you have to make a claim or return an item. Well they kindly assured me to wait all the way until eBay’s money back guarantee was gone (I think this is within 30 days). I could’ve gone through my credit card for refund but since this was only $5 it was not worth it. Writing the bad review here was fulfilling to me. The second time I bought the tackle box from TOMTOP through eBay arrived quickly this time. The only difference was that they were under different Ebay account holders. I would have liked to leave them bad feedback but didn’t since I did receive the tackle box. Now why did I purchase from them the second time? It was because I didn’t expect to receive it and wanted to go through eBay for the money back and leave the bad feedback……………. Moral of story…. Don’t purchase from TOMTOP unless you can eat the loss.
