I am still waiting to get my money back for faulty goods. Tomtop keep saying, via email that they have not had news from their warehouse telling them they have received the faulty products, which I sent back to them recorded delivery and to which, Royal Mail have a signature saying that Tomtop have the items. I have been trying to get a refund for almost a month now and they have had me jumping through hoops even though I notified them the products were faulty on the same day I received them. It's as if they are saying it's my own fault for buying off them.
I ordered a Bewell wristwatch made of maple wood advertised as "Made of high-quality maple wood, environment-friendly" and "Health & comfortable, especially for those with skin allergies." I wore this watch and it caused serious 3rd degree chemical burns that I am still suffering from nearly a month later. I contacted Tomtop support and they accused me of burning myself with heat. This is my second Bewell maple watch, the first purchased from Etsy. I had no such issues the Etsy watch, other that it falling apart after a couple of months.

Do not risk buying anything from this mickey mouse site, its all Chinese rubbish. When you get the item and realise it doesn't work their customer services are abysmal. DO NOT USE spend a few extra quid and buy from somewhere else.

It said I had not purchased the item. It made me think that all the reviews are fake. Most are "OK" and "Shipped fast" Not a review I would leave for a Car Stereo. In fact when I looked there were no actual reviews of the product.

Be careful, never buy from them, they are unprofessional and they stole my Money, I bought one multimedia player from my mustang and they send damage one, after I ship it back on the address that they provide me, they didn't respond to any e-mail after that and they asked DHL to destroy the item, they refuse to receive it and stole my money...
Never buy from them...
I will send the same message through all possible website and media, I will teach you very well how to stole people money again!

Answer: Simple answer is NO they will not refund your purchase. Doesn't matter what the reason is. Best bet is to go through your Credit Card if you can - I'm assuming you haven't purchased item yet. My story a while back is... I made a $5 purchase for a tackle box from TOMTOP through eBay. TOMTOP seems like they have several accounts under eBay. I have made a total of two purchases under their different accounts. Both items were for a tackle box. The first purchase was never received and waited 2 or 3 months (I can’t recall) for it to arrive as they described in the listing. TOMTOP’s customer service is excellent when they are selling or in the process of selling you an item. The problem starts when you have to make a claim or return an item. Well they kindly assured me to wait all the way until eBay’s money back guarantee was gone (I think this is within 30 days). I could’ve gone through my credit card for refund but since this was only $5 it was not worth it. Writing the bad review here was fulfilling to me. The second time I bought the tackle box from TOMTOP through eBay arrived quickly this time. The only difference was that they were under different Ebay account holders. I would have liked to leave them bad feedback but didn’t since I did receive the tackle box. Now why did I purchase from them the second time? It was because I didn’t expect to receive it and wanted to go through eBay for the money back and leave the bad feedback……………. Moral of story…. Don’t purchase from TOMTOP unless you can eat the loss.

Answer: Smart buyers who don't know about TomTop will read the 1-star reviess. Shipping from TomTop is rather quick -- in my case it was only 8 days. What takes so much time is getting your defective product replaced or getting your money back -- in my case it was over 13 weeks. Good Luck.

TomTop, like most Chinese sellers, pay customers to post good reviews of their products and many have employees who post positive reviews as well. If you buy from TomTop, chances are very good you will be writing another one of those 1-star reviews three or four months from now.

Read the good reviews of Tomtop again - you will spot similarities in the poor gramma and spelling - THEY ARE FAKE and planted reviews by Tomtop to offset the genuine complaints. DO NOT USE TOMTOP.
