I order ulefone metal from tomtop only cost $119.99, now I search this phone on amazon, need cost 159.99. I am very satisfied with this shopping.
I bought there about 20-30 items, all were send with track and i got what i expected. So - all is fine.
If you dont want problems with your parcel - you have to choice tomtop
I make purchases in this shop for about 6 months. Still no parcel is not lost. Dispatch - courier service free of charge. The quality of packaging is excellent. The defective product was never. I have already made more than 20 purchases in this store. I recommend to everyone!
They stole from me alot of money for multiple items. They are 100% scammers and fraudsters. Chinese government doesnt care because tomtop gives them money.

My item didn't arrive and I know postage from China to the UK can be slow but I checked and it was 26 days since I had paid so I emailed to ask where it was. I then read that TomTop do not pay HMRC (UK import tax) and sure enough TomTop told me the item had been returned by UK Customs indicating that they indeed do not pay HMRC. If they don't pay import duty, do they sell genuine or fake articles? Who knows?
Given that they don't pay import duty, and they did not tell me, my item had been returned (they waited for me to ask them), I decided it was a waste of time and cancelled the order.
Each time I contacted them it took 2 business days to hear back, they work overnight because of the time zone and they don't get back to you the first day that they can but the second day.
Customer service was therefore not terrible but I wouldn't trust this company again. Buy from a local supplier who you can contact and who pays import duty.

I received my item and it was broken.
They wanted me to send it back at my cost so I refused and asked for a voucher to get it shipped at no cost for me on top of whatI payed already.
They have been really rude and unprofessional and my item has not been replaced.

I ordered 12 LED lights through ebay that they advertised to work in all countries. When they came, they were for Asian type electrical sockets. They said they would send me 12 adapters, but never did so. I had to replace the lights somewhere else so I requested a return. They gave me the address toi send to in California, they received them, signed for it via FedEx and are now playing dumb to receiving them. 3 times in an email thread the rep asked the invoice # and tracking # and kept claiming their "warehouse hasn't processed the return."
4 months later I still haven't received my $290 refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM TOM TOP.

This is the worst site out there, please do not use tomtop. I have repeatedly emailed them regarding a defective projector purchased from them, and they still have not got back to me after many e-mails and chat on website. I also have never received my Android box which was purchased from the same site. I have had to open a complaint with Paypal, and possibly will never get my money back.

Please be aware that your item may never be delivered. Purchsed a camera 18/7, via e bay, complained to the company several times, told it had been reposted... Requested refund... Nnever had refund. The company advertise as a UK company! This is not the case they are based in china. Please do not purchase any goods total rip off company!

I ordered 2 mannequin heads and a long stand from them. Only received 1 heads and they said the can't shipped the other items is because they were foam items. I don't understand why I only received only one item and my whole order cost 66$ out of my pocket. There Customer service sucks. Will never order from here again. Do not by anything from here. This store is a joke. I bought 2 Full HD 1080P ISDBT Terrestrial Receiver Set-top Box and any of them work at all...
They also tried to charge me more in my debit card. Customer service terrible... they dont response the emails, and dont send any kind of email confirmation after buy the products.

My story a while back is... I made a $5 purchase for a tackle box from TOMTOP through eBay. TOMTOP seems like they have several accounts under eBay. I have made a total of two purchases under their different accounts. Both items were for a tackle box. The first purchase was never received and waited 2 or 3 months (I can’t recall) for it to arrive as they described in the listing. TOMTOP’s customer service is excellent when they are selling or in the process of selling you an item. The problem starts when you have to make a claim or return an item. Well they kindly assured me to wait all the way until eBay’s money back guarantee was gone (I think this is within 30 days). I could’ve gone through my credit card for refund but since this was only $5 it was not worth it. Writing the bad review here was fulfilling to me. The second time I bought the tackle box from TOMTOP through eBay arrived quickly this time. The only difference was that they were under different Ebay account holders. I would have liked to leave them bad feedback but didn’t since I did receive the tackle box. Now why did I purchase from them the second time? It was because I didn’t expect to receive it and wanted to go through eBay for the money back and leave the bad feedback……………. Moral of story…. Don’t purchase from TOMTOP unless you can eat the loss.
