Bought a jjrc h26w a week ago. No longer works. Flies in circles. Bought extra batteries haven't even received them yet and don't have a drone to fly them in. Have contacted both support lines and have yielded nothing in response. LEARNED MY LESSON DON'T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE NO WARRANTY!

Ordered a yoyo for my grandson, Tomtop was very quick in taking their money for the item. I was told delivery in 10 days, it has been since 3/23/17 and nothing yet sent. Since then my email was hacked and had to watch my debit card for false charges and get new email. Tried to contact, very hard to find a contact number then had to leave a message. Will never use this website again

Extensive range of merchandise particularly RC/hobbies and electronics that you should order in advance. Customer service is courteous and professional though email communication is relatively slow but reliable. Opt for shipping insurance and tracking when available which is usually very reasonably priced.

Crappy product, support that ignores customers (I've sent an email to their support inbox as well as their online chat module. No response at all). Stay away!

Nice cheapo quad with headless mold and altitude hold which works ok... Not great. This new jag of selling drones that only take proprietary batteries sucks, and while I have seen cables that charge the battery outside of the quad, mine came without it ( $ 5 0n Ebay) Hubsan products still shine and TomTop was great.

The orders I made to Tomtop were very quick to get home and quality products. They are sure to buy more times.

Overall a good site with good values and many products. Some difficulty with customer service and poor communication.

The best value on line when you are building or replacing a standard 21 fret neck, very smooth nice finish filed frets no sharp edges I've built over 100 guitars and haven't found quality this good at this price point anywhere else and fast shipping makes Tom top my choice!

I ordered the BUGS 3 in January from TomTop, they had the best price and fastest delivery times. I was very pleased with the product, but I received a defective battery charger and support was slow to respond, but I eventually got everything straitened out and I have since purchased another Quad from them.

With a few emails all misunderstood was solved and Tomtop made the right way.
Send it as described and reasonably on time.
