Received wrong product, no response to emails to fix problem. Got a refund from PayPal after waiting 8 weeks.

Из неудобств можно отметить лишь достаточно долгую доставку (но это не их вина) и некоторую сложность в определении суммы доставки до оформления заказа (раньше эта сумма была включена в стоимость доставки). I wrote before got no results it came with the wrong thumb drive it had 3D printing the engraving software was not on the drive if I could get the rite software I would be happy!
