TomTop is a great site. Everything I've ordered has been exactly as advertised. The prices are great and the site is very easy to use.
I ordered a Panorama Tripod head in March and it took almost a month to be received by general mail. When I received it the box was open, the USB cord was missing, the unit was broken and the instructions showed signs of wear. Despite continuous efforts by myself and by Paypal our requests for support were ignored. Finally I was asked to take a video or photos (of what- an empty box!) Now, if I pay the shipping (about $60.00) they will replace the unit. This company needs to be avoided. There are other similar products to be found in North America and their guarantees & warranties are excellent.

Shipping is as you would expect slow but I always get my items and they have been as described.
Have used many times and will continue to use - currently waiting on two items.

Lots of great and unique products at fantastic prices. Love to shop here! Huge selection with very low prices. I can find practically anything I'm looking for!
They list themselves as a wholesaler and dropshipper but they sell there own items on ebay for lest than they do on their site. They may be good for a consumer purchase of 1 or 2 items, but if your looking to add them to your business and make money, good luck with that.

I'm french TOMTOP customer. When I first time bought on TOMTOP I thought i was a joke. Very low prices, good products and deleveries all over the world. But I decided ti try. Website is good to save money and order very high quality products. Obviously there're lot's of chinese unbranded gadgets, but sometimes you can find also products from well-known brand at the right (ore cheaper than others) price.
The only gap is about shipment: sometimes object from China or Hong Kong take too much time to arrive in Italy. And, moreover, tracking (if you choose that option) is not accurate: I received info about my shipment only when this were arrived in Italy.
However, it's secure and you can buy safely from it.

I received a refurbished iPhone in better conditions than expected. It had to arrive in 1-4 days, but because they delayed a little the dispatching, it arrived in 5 days (not a big problem).
